Publix Supermarkets

A shout out to @Publix District Manager Keith Everett, a most #professional, courteous, concerned and polite District Manager handling my unfortunate experience with his Fieldstone Farms Franklin current store manager Carl. Mr. Everett has gone over and above the call of duty to remedy the situation. Listening attentively, being very proactive and responsive to resolve my issue for complaint. Kudos to #Publix for having a District Manager Keith Everett at the helm! An asset to their company.

I really enjoy shopping at Public. Prices are not necessarily always competitive – (in other words, if you are a comparison shopper… do your homework). But I do like the convenience their locations provide. The store (s) are always clean and well-​maintained. Personnel are absolutely top-​rate friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist in any way they can.
Wide selection of fresh produce, fruits and vegetables, canned goods, full frozen section, great meats, and a fair selection of fresh fish… all of which are labeled as to origin (very important to me) and whether they have been farmed or line/​net caught. If you don’t see a fish variety you would like, Public advertises that they’ll order a specific fish (out of the 80 listed) for you.
There are a few products, especially some vinegars that they do not carry — that’s a minus for me. On the other hand, they have fantastic BOGO items every week. Bonus points for that.
Pharmacy (with some discounts) right on the premises.
Discount for Seniors on Wednesday is another plus.
All-​in-​all a great grocery experience.

Since we now live less than a mile from this Publix, we shop here quite a bit. There are so many things I like about this place:
The Deli: great selection of meats & cheeses. And they offer the first slice as a sample… nice. I’ve gotten a sandwich here as well and it was really good. I’m also a fan of their «submarine dressing»…gotta try it.
The Bakery: the freshly baked breads are great, and they will actually break open any package for you. For instance, if they have a bag of 4 hoagies, but you only want 2, they’ll do it for you. Love it!
The Customer Service: there’s always someone there when you need assistance, and they are always so darn nice. I was checking out yesterday, and I notice my organic portobellos rang up a dollar more than they should. I asked if they could correct the price, and they actually took it off my bill! I don’t know if that is standard practice but that was awesome.
So yeah, I will be back here again and again!
