On 08/31/2015 My wife tried to register on line at the Papa John’s website for their current promotion to get 25 points, enough for a free two topping pizza, by purchasing at least $ 15.00 worth of product. Well, in did not work out. She tried to entire the code and the computer said that it had to many characters. Then she tried to register and this took awhile and numerous tries. By this time I was headed to the store thinking it was as easy to do as the stores commercial said it was. When I got to the store I found no order from my wife so I called and found that she was about to give up. I said just go for the $ 10.00 pizza on line, and this worked. Total time she spent on line AND with the store was about 45 minutes. We still never got the promo we wanted to use. We contacted corporate customer service the next business day. The gentleman on the phone said there was nothing he could do, sorry for the trouble, then just stopped talking. My wife then asked if there was anything he could do about our problem and he just said«no». This being a dead end I called the district manager and he never returned any of our calls. So, HORRIBLE customer service. They just do not care. We have at least 5 pizzerias here. NOMORE Papa John’s, period!
