Boo to this Panera! I just ordered my lunch here via the kiosk — got a Pick 2 and PAIDEXTRA for a fruit cup. Order comes up and the girl says oh we are out of that would you like an apple? No, I say I paid extra for the fruit cup no? She’s like oh yeah I guess. Offers me a free pastry. That’s nice and all but I’m on a diet and hence wanted fruit not a pastry or bread. She says I can get a «refund» — it’s $ 0.60. That’s embarrassing to even bother with. It’s not the money I just feel you shouldn’t allowed to order something if they are out of it, much less pay extra. First(and last) trip to this location.

I love the food at Panera’s — -just hate the wait!!! I know the wait is because the food is awesome!!! Big fan of the Asiago cheese bagels too!!!

Pandora is always good, but I find for the money it’s a bit over priced. There are a lot of options for lunch in the area you can eat at for $ 12.

The app works great to pre order before arrival or have it delivered. Apple Pay makes checkout even quicker. Tables are fairly clean. Selection of loaves and bagels are plentiful. Sweets look appetizing and hard to turn down. The salad, sandwich, soup combos are terrific. Outside seating under the shade is also well spaced out and plentiful. The recycle /trash area shows an area for bottles/cans but what about the plastic utensils and paper napkins?

Don’t use their online order process, they screw up your order, you try and call to have them correct(that is after you get all the home and don’t have the order you placed) and the moron MGR wants to argue with you over a stupid salad missing from the order(really mr Mgr someone is going to rip you off over a salad). There’s plenty of other places to frequent in and around this area, versus a place that lacks service and accuracy(oh by the way, the receipt even states«accuracy matters» on it… go figure).

I was driving and could not place my order online safely so I decided to call and place my order by phone. After going through all the automated phone system prompts and waiting for someone to answer the phone I was told by the employee that«We no longer take phone orders during peak hours». My response was«So let me get this straight… instead of just taking my order, and then politely informing me of your new policy, you go though all the same trouble to tell me that you now dont take phone orders during peak hours». Why even bother answering the phone then? Why have the option to place an order by phone as one of the selections in the automated phone system? I don’t understand what has happened to common sense and customer service in the restaurant industry. If you are already on the phone talking to me, then why not take my order and then politely tell me that«next time» since your policies have changed you suggest that I order online IFPOSSIBLE. I never did place that order. I did not have the time to go in and wait or i would have. I unfortunately had to settle and just stopped at McDonald’s instead. Panera, I won’t be back to this location. Thanks.

I’ll preface this by saying I live right outside Chicago. I have noticed that what they say about the south is true, being that it is a slower pace. It’s almost understood. Okay, so there was one lady taking orders and at least 8 people in line. Absolutely no sense of urgency, everyone is taking their time. Literally took me 10 minutes to place my order. In a way it’s refreshing that people aren’t sighing, looking at their watches and throwing a fit over the wait. People were actually content, smiling. Wow. Place my order and wait… seems like an eternity. Food was good but my cookie was forgotten :(. Standard panera food. Very pleasant service. I must take off 1 star for the wait, it is supposed to be somewhat«fast» food.

Pamela is overpriced end of story. But congratulations to corporate for taking advantage of the ignorant masses, Panera, Starbucks… It’s the Stepford Food Chains. Wake up people and realize you are paying twice and three times the value of what you are getting.

My family always has a great experience coming to Panera for breakfast lunch or dinner but this last time the breakfast we ordered did not come as we specified, but the management and staff went above and beyond replacing our order and even giving us another free breakfast on the upcoming weekend. I just wanted to update my review to let the people at Panera know that you’re doing a great job keep it up. Thank you

It is hard to knock a Panera anywhere. They are fairly consistent in both being very fresh and slightly overpriced. Love the pick 2 and the loyalty program… hate the parking at this location though. Oh well… it’s just like any other high end chain.

I love Panera. It’s affordable, tasty and healthy enough. I can come here during lunch time and always get good service.

For a Panera it is run of the mill. But go there often. It is just an average place.

What can I say. This location is a HAM. I entered. The restaurant was super busy. Being that you would think that the presentation would be also. not so. I went to the ladies room to refresh and what did I see? Dirty toilets, toilet paper thrown everywhere, water everywhere. Ok. not the first nasty bathroom. Just carefully washed my hands and went to place my order. Ham and Swiss. Broccoli and Cheddar soup and tea. I went to pick up my order. No cup for my tea. No soup. Oh well got places to be. Will still chill at Panera but I don’t recommend this location. Oh I forgot the time on the coffee says 1245 it is now about 2. Ew. There are 3 empty containers of honey. Really? Really? Wait there’s more… Checking out my sandwich now sans lettuce because I can still see dirt on it. It also has onions when I clearly stated no onions. Too bad there’s no 0 rating.

The place was hopping… seating was a premium. Everything was clean and people were friendly until they lost my order. Waited 20 minutes for an order to come. Ugh! Food was cold… all I tasted in the soup was salt and the sandwich was just a glob of melted cheese with a little slice of turkey. Nothing to see here… Moving on.

It is conveniently located to Galleria mall and/or Cool Springs blvd shopping. It’s a Panera, I experience neither high nor lows there. If you have seen one you’ve seen them all.

I like Panera but this one is not up to snuff. Why is there no coffee left at 8am? C’mon son. Get your act together. Also, I would not recommend the power egg sandwich… it’s basically half a sandwich and doesn’t even taste good… for like $ 5. No thanks.

I love coming here for a quick bite to eat after work, or even getting food to-go to take to work. Their bagels are always fresh and delicious, and their pasta is awesome. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it always seems messy… trash is left out everywhere, and tables are left a mess. The last time I visited with my fiancé, there were 2 vacuum cleaners just sitting out instead of being put away. All in all, I still love their food. :)

Overall a great place to grab a quick bite for lunch. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. However, and this may seem like a weird complaint, but they could really benefit from changing the layout of this place a bit. Trash bins are dificult to find and at times it feels like the seating is so close together that you are customers are practically stacked one-on-top-of-the-other. Also, their large pasta serving is a small when compared to Noodle Company… They should be bigger. I ordered a side salad with my Alfredo tortellini and the salad was as big, if not bigger than the serving of pasta.

This place is pretty good. As you probably know, they have a variety of sandwiches, soups, and baked goods. I like this place for a light lunch, choosing the«pick two» to get a half sammy and a cup of soup or small salad. For the record, I like the broccoli cheddar soup and the Italian combo sandwich. Skip the French onion. It tastes okay, but does not have the baked cheese or big croûton on top, and instead just floats a slice of white cheese. Doesn’t really work for me. This location is good, but could do better at wiping down tables during lunch.
