«Yay! I’m a fan.» Indeed. I went back today for lunch after a 3 month hiatus and I am happy to report the food was excellent and the staff was friendly! I will return again!

It bums me to see a fellow Unilocaler not pleased with the pizza of the people. Noble Roman’s may have had its best days as far as traffic goes some 10 years ago, however, new management has arrived within the last 6 months and lunch specials, slight décor remodels, and more friendly staff have seemed to take over. I went in recently, and while it was fairly dead, one thing stood out. The service was similar to being served by family, the waitress was EXTREMELY nice and was always checking in and was engaging in friendly conversation with us. Also they now have two MASSIVE t. v’s that allow for the ultimate in slothing while eating. Mrs. Doubtfire was on while I enjoyed my pizza. I have zero complaints America.

Walked in to order carry out. Placed order and returned twenty minutes later. They looked for our pizza and could not find it. Behold it was still in oven burning. Manager stated he would make us another pizza. We asked if we get some kind of discount. They offered us a small drink while we wait. Not good enough, and we wanted our money back. Manager said in order to get money back we would have had to had paid for it. Not knowing we had already prepaid. He agreed to a refund, and in this evil way, cashier said, well I hope you have your receipt. After giving her the receipt and she rang up refund she said have a nice day. As we stood there looking at her, she said is there anything else. Yes, we would like our money. I would understand if they were busy, but only one customer, and four employees, a burnt pizza, no discount, smart comments, and had to ask for our money, no wonder the parking lot is always empty.
