Unfriendly, not helpful, uncomfortable store. I bought an expensive gift there for someone, and it was just a weird experience that left me wondering why I bothered to go there. Not worth going to, in my opinion.

I came in on a Sunday, and I got there maybe like 5 minutes before noon (it being Sunday, the stores open up at noon). I had tried to call three or four times before I drove down there so I wouldn’t waste a trip, but even 5 minutes before they were supposed to open, no one answered the phone. So I waited out on the bench in front of the store front for it to open. Maybe five minutes AFTER noon, it still had not opened. and a lady walking by even knocked on the door to which the guy inside just pointed at his watch (maybe his watch was slow I don’t know). When he opens the doors 10 minutes after 12:00 I just go to ask him if they have the item i was looking for to which I got a very rude response that what I was looking for was sold out everywhere, and i’ll never find one in a store, and yada yada. Needless to say, I went online and ordered it from a different retailer. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, however, I worked in a mall for a few years and we got fined money for not being opened when we were supposed to. I guess he just didn’t care about being fined, or about customer service because I will never go back here. I’ll drive the extra 15 miles to go to the green hills store.
