I have zero clue as to why this place has Crappo reviews! I absolutely love it! Great service (love Raul, my fav waiter), fresh & authentic food with wonderful Margas. I usually get the tampequeña and Hub gets something new every time. Between both of us we have tried the whole menu and it’s all delicioso!

Service was lousy and the food wasn’t much better. I don’t know if this is supposed to taste like authentic Mexican food, but it just tasted like a TV dinner to me. The cheese melted into my nachos looked shredded and tasted below quality of the melted cheese I am used to from other Mexican restaurants. Our waiter also just seemed to prefer flirting with the large table full of women. Rather than refilling our drinks, he was consistently refilling their margaritas. It was also expensive for what we ordered: 22 dollars for nachos, two drinks, and a burrito with beans. At the local Mexican restaurants I usually eat at, a bill doesn’t typically run me over 10 dollars. Just throughly disappointed with the experience.

Not many quality spots for Mexican food lovers in the Franklin area… and this sure doesn’t help the cause. Slow service is almost acceptable if the food makes you forget a wait, but let’s just say you won’t forget. Bland salsa and tasteless, forgettable fare is what’s for dinner here.

We usually stop here to eat outside, not so much for the food. Tonight it was a little too chilly to sit outside, so we chose a table inside and swatted Fruit Flies all through our meal. Our server was really friendly and attentive, he even apologized for the flies not that it’s his problem. Food was ok, I ordered my usual… Carne Asada Tacos, the steak was way overcooked… almost burned to crisp. I do like that they serve Fresh salsa… NOT cooked… but fresh.
