Very claustrophobic atmosphere going from room to room, would not wanna be there for small business Saturday. They did have a great collection of handmade vintage jewelry. Their clothes are for sizes 2 – 10, which I am not so I’m not their target audience for clothes. I purchased sown jewelry and I thought they were reasonable for the item I was buying. It’s a very nice little shop in downtown Franklin!

Jondie is a great boutique on Main Street in Franklin. They have a variety of styles of clothes and jewelry, handbags and accessories. I would say it’s an edgy kind of store, but I’m sure that word means a lot of different things to different people. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my floppy hat I bought from there! I even found out today that they added the leather accent string to it! There return policy doesn’t allow for refunds which is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. They will however give you a gift card or exchange with your receipt. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I love shopping local and with small businesses! Go check them out.

This is a little store that wants to be big. They stick their own label on their merchandise but you can find the same clothes at Lizard Thicket or other boutiques. There is always a sale going on which makes me wonder why anyone would pay full price because it will be on sale within the next five days. The jewelry selection is nice but the same as anywhere on the street. I will shop there but only if it is on sale.

The Franklin Square area is a really lovely shopping, dining, and entertainment district that boasts a wonderful assortment of businesses on and off of Main Street. I have never really spent any time exploring this neighborhood and was delighted to spend a few hours there last week. I skipped around from shop to shop and ended up at Jondie after my visit to Emmaline. While Emmaline is a high-end boutique which offers contemporary designer wares that command some attention to your Visa, Jondie is a more affordable albeit less impressive option that is just across the street. I like what Jondie represents, as the shopgirl was warm and friendly and offered up assistance as soon as I walked in. I also appreciate that they proudly promote that this is a family-owned business that take a lot of pride in their scope of work. I noticed that much of the merchandise had Jondie labels which I was curious about… it appears that they design and manufacture their company brand with both the apparel and accessories collections that are sold in their store. Kudos to that! The store is comprised of two smaller rooms that are stocked with a wide assortment of super affordable clothing, jewelry, and accessories that include hats, scarves, and more. If you’re an avid mall or big box retailer shopper, the price-points are similar to what you may find at a Sears, Francesca’s, or American Eagle and you should consider giving this place a whirl so that you can support a local business. I personally didn’t find anything that I «just needed to have» but did try on one trendy little black dress that had fun little fringe sleeves. It was priced at right around $ 65 and cute but in the end, I didn’t like an awkward looking seam that was located down the front of the dress. Too bad… as I think that I probably would have purchased it but it just made the dress look cheaply made. I’m pretty picky when it comes to clothing construction and appearance so it may not have bothered some but I put the dress back. While I don’t think that I’ll personally be a regular at Jondie, I love that they offer fashion at a fractional cost. Why shop the mall when you can shop local and from such a great location! TIP: The second shopping area is in the back room(behind the fitting rooms) and has a full sales rack.

The Hat Rack outside grabbed me and was not going to let me go so easily! My Girlfriend and her Mom agreed this Hat looked too good on me to leave on the rack! When I saw it was Half the Price of the Hats I have been looking at, I bought it right away! It was the ONLY Blue one they had and it was my size!!! This is a Cool store with a friendly and helpful staff!

I heard about this boutique, initially, because of a friend. I was sad to see ‘Whats-In-Store’ go, but from the posts on facebook about this new store, I had good hopes for its being a worthy successor. So one fine day, I was strolling down Main Street and saw Jondie across the way, so I crossed on over the street. The window display looked to be promising, so I went in. Now, I was initially very giddy about the merchandise I saw upon entering, but the complete lack of acknowledgement from EITHER or the employees who were on the floor was disappointing. You can easily throw something from one end of the store to the other, which means it’s impossible not to see someone in your store. Another couple came in behind me and they were immediately greeted as I browsed the walls and clothing racks. I will say, they have a LOT of cute stuff, and for reasonable prices, but when the staff completely ignores you, it’s very off-putting. When the other couple came in, the girl behind the register came out and greeted them, and then told them about various sales going on(which she had to read off of a sheet of paper). I’m assuming she meant for me to hear it as well, but it would have made me feel a little more welcome had she come up to ME and told me this. I liked the merchandise I saw, and I’ll probably stop back in the future, but the lack of customer service annoyed me. Had I been properly talked to, I would have given this company another star or two.

Wow! This must be the place that all the country music stars shop at for that low key, whimsical, put together look. Everything here is so cute and well priced to boot. I love the wide variety of apparel, jewelry, and gifts here. You could literally walk out of this place looking like a million bucks because I have found in my life that it can take a whole lot of money to look cheap, but to look expensive, with careful shopping you can look drop dead gorgeous. Did I mention the perk of being in Downtown Franklin too. Free four hour parking, cute places to get food and a square that is amazing. Seriously go here.

Really cute boutique store in downtown Franklin. They had a nice variety of accessories. The clothes were a good mix of special pieces and basics. I was lucky enough to hit up their sale rack and get some nice discounts. My teen niece was in love with a couple of the purses here. The sales clerk was helpful and not intrusive.
