I came here to dodge rush hour after my chiro appointment yesterday. The coffee was decent. I just got a latte with almond milk. The interior is nothing amazing. It was a quaint spot to pass time.

My husband thinks the coffee here is some of the best he’s ever had… yum! Wish I didn’t have an intolerance to coffee or I’d be drinking it too :)

I love to stop in and start my day with a latte. Could be the best coffee in Franklin. The staff are amazing and the outside seating is great. They roast the beans right in the shop and its pretty cool to watch.

Great place to get great coffee. A little pricey, but a great place to take a friend.

Great atmosphere, well crafted coffee. Chill, very clean environment. Great place for conversation and a cup of yum.

Pretentious but delicious with some granola thrown in (not real granola of course). My fiancé was craving some local coffee while we were at the farmers market and this place is conveniently located in the Factory at Franklin. There weren’t too many people there so we sat down at the seat directly in front of the register where there were two employees working. They didn’t even acknowledge us with a smile, hello, we’ll be with you in a moment, sit your asses down, or nothing. It wasn’t until it was our turn to order did they acknowledge us. The rest of our interaction with staff went about like that while we waited. They were certainly capable of friendly interaction because the people they knew (not sure if they were friends or regulars) they’d chat and smile with. We waited for what seemed like 15 minutes. They get 4 stars because the coffee was delicious and we’d go back even though their customer service wasn’t as delightful.

Honestly, this is some really fine coffee.
When I am in a hurry, I order the already brewed coffee. It’s always a good choice. The fact that different beans come and go, but always tastes great proves the roaster at Honest is on point. When I have the time, I really enjoy getting a freshly made cup via their Pour Over station.
It’s really great to experience the Pour Over. They usually have two to four options of beans from which to choose to have the Barista measure, grind, and brew the perfect cup. Although they have a small written description of the beans and flavors, I usually ask the Barista to tell me about the options. The time they take to elaborate offers insight into what is their favorite and their passion for coffee rubs off on me. Other times, instead of a Pour Over, I get one of their espresso drinks. My favorite is the Cubano.
The place has a great vibes and I enjoy running into lots of people that I know or at least share an acquaintance. They staff may assume you’re in a hurry and know the fancy schmancy routine of ordering high end coffee, but if you let them know you want some direction… they will slow things down and offer lots of get info. They will help you order… and you won’t regret the experience.

I am actually writing this for my husband. He loves coffee and I love juice (go check out Franklin juice company! They are owned by same owner). Their menu is not big but you can definitely get what you need. Their coffee (to my husbands standard — which is very picky) is good. He always orders the Cuban coffee and they are on point. For me I love the vibe that they provided here and the kids love their hot chocolate. They also have an outdoor seating which is quite nice. I also love the big coffee machine they put there — just give the place more of an authentic look.
They really should have more places like this in Franklin!

Honest Coffee is definitely doing it right. Very creative, vibey atmosphere inside and a great porch outside. I really enjoy their cold brew… It’s not too acidic or too dark. Espresso drinks can become pricey — especially with the up charge for almond milk substitutions but overall delicious and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend it, I always bring friends from out of town here. One of my favorites in Franklin!

Incredible coffee that will keep you coming back for more! A secret gem in Franklin that will soon be a household name. The coffee is excellent and only slightly ahead of their pastries! (YUMM!)
Start with the drip coffee and then latter up to the specialty drinks, you won’t be disappointed!

Great vibe. Incredible coffee. Roasted in house. Competent baristas. A little pricey, but worth it. In the middle of The Factory (bunch of cool shops). I had never been and was unfamiliar with the area, so it took me a few minutes to find, but I’m glad I did.
I ordered the Cuban, a latte lightly sweetened with condensed milk. Home run. Great flavor. Impeccably executed latte art. Sleek matte black mug. Perfect temperature. Got to enjoy it while listening to the very tasteful mix of music they had going.
Next time I’m back in Nash/​Franklin, I’m definitely coming.

Delightfully surprised. This coffee place is dangerously close to us, so I’m surprised I haven’t been in sooner. Sometimes the fancier & drippier a place like this is, I’m disappointed. Not to mention any names but the bees knees of coffee in Nashville, I thought I was drinking battery acid.
So to be real Honest, Honest coffee is as good as its name. Especially when I told them I like my coffee like a kick in the pants bold & dark. He recommended the pour over Helsar (?). He #nailedit so now I trust they know their coffees, not pretentiously either.
Just a good ol’ cup of Abe, honest & roasty.

When the roaster is behind you as you sit at the rustic coffee bar… complete with copper top… you realize that this is going to be fresh!

Truly the best coffee in all of Nashville! I enjoyed every sip of my café mocha. The interior is very hip and urban, I’m just confused as to why they have it in an old warehouse.

I really like the energy this place gives off. It has a relaxed yet refined atmosphere while still fitting into the sort of «something old, something new» theme the entire Factory reverberates. The baristas are always ready and welcoming to give you recommendations to whatever fits your mood, as well as to compliment the phenomenal Five Daughter Bakery treats they sell.
They do coffee well and that should be a statement in itself with so many shops trying to carve a frou frou niche for themselves in this day and age. I will note that they are partial to milk-​drinks (read lattes) so if that’s the mood you’re in you’re in for a treat.

After touring through Franklin’s local farmer’s market. My family and I decided to go inside an industrial building which is connected to the market. We wanted to escape the pouring rain and visit the shops inside. Upon walking inside we decided to rest for a bit and grab a cup of coffee.
This café is very hip and quite relaxing to be at. I absolutely adore their earthy decors. Kudos to the cashier! he was very patient with me because I was taking forever on deciding my drink. The barista who made my latte was very friendly and attentive as well. Man! my latte tasted prefect! Not water down at all. It was creamy and had just the right amount of texture.

The staff are incredible. The coffee is incredible. The atmosphere is incredible. Since I live in Coolsprings I’m always on the hunt for new places to try in Franklin. This one is a great find. The Cuban is the way to go.

Recently found out about this little gem by one of the baristas. I appreciate how the entire Honest team is ready to suggest new things, creating an incredible environment for learning more about coffee, brewing, roasting, and everything in between.
And their baked goods are pretty fantastic.
