Horrible customer service. Business travelers beware: they clean out your room and fill with other guests if you are not in room for 24 hours. Book the room for a week, it doesn’t matter. The short ugly brunette at the front desk with clean your belongings out and kick you to the curb. Avoid at all costs!

Had a great stay here during Renaissance Festival. Clean, modern, decent amenities, convenient and decent quick breakfast. Met all of our needs and exceeded expectations!

I really liked this hotel. Good location so that I could go to Dayton a couple of days, to West Chester for IKEA and also a Reds game. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was the usual Inn Express spread. The only complaint I had was with housekeeping. I really hate to complain about housekeeping because I am sure it is a job that no one wants to do but in this case it was really lacking. After my first night here I left a tip for the housekeeper. When I returned to my room the tip was gone and the bed was made but there were no clean towels, no shampoo, soap or conditioner had been left. My dirty towels and washcloths were still in the shower where I had left them. Strange. Not a big deal, really, because I could go to the front desk and request more supplies. But strange that she picked up the tip and then left. After the second night my bed was made and the bathroom had been cleaned and restocked. Bizarrely, though, my pillows were thrown on the floor and the pillowcases had been removed. ??? So except for the housekeeping this was a great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here during out trip to Ohio. I am pretty familiar with some spots there, but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Normally, I would prefer a Marriott or Sheraton, but this hotel met my expectations! It was not as close to our destination as we would have liked(we were visiting my family in Hamilton which upon going there we discovered a Marriott AROUNDTHECORNER from their house) we were a good 20 – 25 minutes away but the Wal-MArt DIRECTLY across the street mad cup for that. The room was a standard size room with a Queen bed – nothing magical, but after our flight it felt like heaven! We did have to kill time in Wal-Mart though because our flight landed early so the room was not ready when we got there – and talks of an upgrade were out of a question because they were booked solid. The lady who helped us was really sweet and she did all she could to make sure our stay there was wonderful. She even called me to tell me that the room was ready. The business center is «doable.» It has a computer and a printer/copier/scanner. Nothing state of the art, but it will do if needed. The free breakfast until 10 was okay – it would have been better if we actually we got up on time to make it there =) and the indoor heated pool was a pleasure, even though we had perfect Spring weather, which could be rare in March in Ohio so the heated feature of the pool was not needed. Overall, I would stay there again if I had to, but since we found a closer hotel to our destination, I do not know what the purpose would be. But, like I said it was a nice hotel for the price we paid and the staff real went above and beyond.
