Hair For U

Michelle has been my hairdresser/​stylist for about 6 years now. She is wonderful at what she does. She keeps a good conversation going throughout your appointment and always has up to date reading material available.
I have been known to bring in pictures of cuts/​colors, etc and I leave the salon looking like that picture. She is also not afraid to give you her opinion on what she thinks would look great on you or what would compliment your look.
I live in Boston and I travel the hour to Franklin because I do not trust anyone else with my hair. Anyone can go to her as she works with all types of hair. I have also seen her cut men’s & children’s hair and everyone leaves loving her and their new look.

I am a guy I don’t care about my hair so much, but I have been to this place with my wife a few times. It is really very reasonably priced and worth the money. The owner really knows hair.
My hair does this strange thing where as it grows out the hair in the center of my head grows faster (kind of like a mohawk) and she figured it out right away. She does an excellent job with my hair and knows exactly how I like it cut. Very friendly, does a great job, and for a great price. She even has some toys and a TV there to keep my kids busy when I’m getting my hair cut.

Michelle is amazing, and conveniently located near my place of employment. I went to her because I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular person in Providence during a particularly busy time in my life.
She’s a co-worker’s sister (which in no way influences this review– if she sucked I would still be posting about it).
She really understand curly hair and is proof that good training counts more than charging a lot (like some Boston-​area salons).
