Franklin Nails

The manicure was only decent. My pedicure polish was bumpy and chipped in just a few days. But worst of all, the salon was not clean. I really got nervous when the nail technician pulled a cuticle clipper out of a drawer with no discernible wrapper to determine its cleanliness. I hope and pray it was clean. I will not be going back.

It’s been a week and my nails still look great. The salon is not fancy but I’d rather have a mani pedi that lasts and a good foot massage instead of an expensive salon. I will be back.

Yes… I found a great all purpose nail spa! Clean, professional and helpful. Pedicure was so amazing (just the regular $ 25 one) that I opted for manicure too. I will make this my regular nail spa. Thanks. !

There was some confusion about a gift card and so I ended up paying full price for my nails. They apologized and gave me a gift card which was very nice of them. The service was very quick and the salon runs efficiently.

Franklin Nails gave me the best mani/​pedi I’ve had in a long time. Now a days I feel rushed at nail salons, and if I want a relaxing experience I’ve had to pay for it. Not here. With a gel manicure and pedicure, I was there for over an hour and a half. They really took their time. One week later, and both mani and pedi are going strong. So reasonably priced too! I’ll be back!

This nail salon is awesome! My sister and I always try to go whenever she visits me. They take their time, do a great job and always so friendly. We also love it because we can take our little girls (3 & 5 yrs old) to get their nails done in the pink teddy bear chairs. We’ve made some great memories and look forward for more to come!

Moved to Franklin over six months ago. I should have gone here then — the best pedicure I have had in years. Great massage! Will be going back!!!

I was thrilled to find such a great nail salon near home. It is super clean and has an abundance of spa chairs for pedicures and plenty of desks for manicures. They great selection of OPI polish. They also have a ton of shellac colors to choose from. The staff is attentive and their «basic» manicures and pedicures have extras that other salons charge extra for. For example, you get a salt scrub and paraffin for no extra charge on manicures and scrub and hot towels for no extra charge on pedicures. Each time I’ve been here they have done a fantastic job on my nails and feet. Great place to relax and be papered for a great price.

I came here for a mani-​pedi and was pleased with this salon. It is clean and big with lots of massage chairs. Nothing fancy but good selection of OPI and china glaze nail colors. I picked my nail color and was led to the pedicure massage chair. Tina did a great job. They give you a foot massage with mineral scrubs and oil.
The manicure was quick but i was given the mineral scrub for hands too.
The nail application was precise and it has been more than a week and it has not chipped so far :)
The prices were great compared to the other nail salons around. it was $ 35 for both mani and pedi which is slightly cheaper than the $ 40 – 45 range around this area.
I would def come back here next time i need a mani and pedi.
Everyone in the salon was friendly and made you feel comfortable.
They accept credit card but make sure to ask them to add the gratuity on the card before they swipe as I din’t see any place to add later on.

I’ve been coming here for years. Staff is attentive and greets each customer. Plenty of chairs, OPI polish & magazines. Today is a «Red Hot Gift» kind of day.
