I really appreciate the flexibility this center is always willing to offer. I have primarily used this center for drop in services and they are always happy to accommodate my needs. The staff are friendly and personable and make every effort to make the environment fun and comfortable for all.

Our child has been with Franklin Kindercare part time since she was just 2 months old. Both my husband and I have long commutes, so we appreciate the flexibility in drop-​off and pick-​up times depending on traffic & train schedules. As a part-​time student as well, they’ve allowed us to swap around days when we’ve had vacations or other things.
I also love the ability to pay our bill online with my credit card (earning travel points). It’s also easy to pull a report to submit for child care FSA reimbursement.
I was breastfeeding my daughter for the first 6 months she was at the center and they were very supportive. They handle the milk in a responsible way and worked with me to make sure we were sending the right amount each day so nothing was wasted (which is huge if you’re pumping).
The directors are great at keeping us in the loop on what’s going on at the center and our child’s classroom. And she LOVES her teachers, which really helps when you have that parent moment of «I don’t want to leave!»

We have had our now 5yo daughter at Kindercare since she was 2 years old. It has been a great social and learning experience for her, and she often does not want to leave at the end of the day. The staff is very warm and friendly and our daughter has loved all of her teachers. They are open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, and are closed very infrequently, which makes it very flexible for our work schedules. They also have social events throughout the year which are always fun for the kids. The prices are at the higher end of the daycare/​preschool rates, but we have been very pleased with the care and attention our daughter gets at Kindercare.
