I live out of state and have been using them to send flowers locally via their website. When I followed up on an order that was never delivered, the«manager» took no responsibility and offered little apology for the mix-up. Additionally, she complained to me about how her website is really managed by one of the floral delivery services and she doesn’t get all the money and has no control over what they do. She said if I wanted flowers from her to call next time. This may not have been her fault, but, I also expect more in service. I also imagine, the service directs many orders her way that she wouldn’t otherwise get, so it’s a give and take. There are other floral shops in town that I will probably try first next time(and make the call myself).
