Top notch. I am writer who works from home and needs professional IT support. I can do the easy stuff myself. JR, the owner and IT professional, is prompt, on-​time, and he tells you what he offers and then delivers exactly that. Prices seem fair based on other IT services I have used.
Faster Computer Services offers a tune up and first consult for a 1 time fee, and then on-​line and personal support for a maintenance fee. My initial visit at my home went 3 for hours. The machine worked much better afterwards. Boots faster, annoying stuff gone, unused icons removed, updates and virus scans now more automated and more convenient.
I have used the remote help service 2 times since. Both times the minor issues were handled immediately and solved fully.
Overall I am very satisfied, and I have confidence that when trouble does come I will have the support I will need to get back to work quickly.

I had a major virus issue which really compromised my computer, Typically I have enough knowledge to fix my own computer problems, but this way beyond what I was capable of handling. One call and over a period of less than 24 hours I had my computer back virus free. Computer was picked up and delivered back to my office. Great work, great service, would definitely use again.
