Be very careful. They get you in, then will raise your rate without knowing. Then explain to you it’s supply and demand, meaning they raise the rates because they can. Even talking with the Manager didn’t help, nor did talking with National Support. So we found another storage place in Franklin that was cheaper They won’t budge at all. There is no reason to raise rates.
In regards to the actual storage place, that was fine and I felt my belongings were safe.
