Great place! The front desk folks were friendly and helpful, and my facial was top-​notch. The aesthetician took time and care to ascertain and address what my skin needed. She had a wonderfully gentle touch, but the exfoliation was effective. The 30-​minute Groupon deal was a terrific value, and I hope to get another type of deal so I can go back again.

I hate to admit that I continue to need help with weight loss. With that being said, I appreciate having Evolve help with that. They are able to help with that. They are fast and efficient, and I love the ease and convenience of the office. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY!!! The staff is friendly but the services I got were «photo facial» I got several treatments and did not see an ounce of difference in my skin. Money wasted. I also got laser hair removal in my legs and honestly did not see much difference from original. Also once I drove 40 minutes to my appointment just for them to tell me they booked me too soon and I had to reschedule (because of their mistake) the girl up front didn’t even apologize or offer anything at all she was just like «sorry but that’s our policy» I will definitely not going back here for anything. I only gave 2 stars because the lady I dealt with for the laser treatment was very nice and informative.

I have to wonder if the staff are rating themselves to bump their overall rating. I have been here for three different services, unfortunately I paid for some packages in advance after my first visit which was pleasant. I would not recommend giving them your money, there are so many better options! They were very nice initially, but once they got my money… boom…you are treated like crap and good luck booking an appointment or even getting a return call. I have to say, I had no problem with anyone actually performing the services, just the people running the business/​the front desk.

Had an amazing facial with Melissa Stein today! My skin looks and feels great! Can’t wait to come back! She was very knowledgeable about my skin and their great skin care products!!!

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and efficient. The wait time is minimal… about five minutes at the most. They welcome walk-​ins for things like the B-​12 shots, but keep in mind you might have to wait a bit on Thursdays when there’s only one person available to give the shot. They also close for lunch each afternoon.
The flexibility to schedule and cancel appointments online is nice. They are great about sending a confirmation email after scheduling & a reminder email a couple days before. They will also text this to you if you’d like.

I would highly recommend Evolve. I have been going there close to a year. I’ve never had any issue with online booking appointments, face to face interactions or dissatisfaction with any of the staff. My services and questions have always been in received and answered in a very professional manner.
If you are considering, or thought about, purchasing services or consultation from Evolve I am positive you will not be disappointed.

They are always friendly when I go into the office. I have never had any problems and I’m always in and out in 15 minutes or less unless. Great staff.

I wish I could give them zero stars because we received zero service.
We arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment to discover that, contrary to their website, they no longer do hair removal for minors. My 16-​year-​old daughter has never had a problem getting service before, but we were told that they changed their policy and haven’t updated their website yet.
Unfortunately, we had already paid for the service — taken time off of school and work — and driven an hour to get there.
It’s a week later and we still haven’t received our refund.

I bought a Groupon for one of their laser hair removal services. You can set your appointments through their website which makes it so much easier and there’s no need to call and talk to anyone. They do take your credit card information on when you make the appointment because no shows are charged $ 25. You really don’t have any excuse to not cancel 24 hours before the appointment because they send you a confirmation email when you book the appointment and then one 2 days before the appointment. Anyway, when you arrive, check in with the receptionist. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins. Once they take you in, the session takes less than 3 mins and then you’re in pain and are in search of someone to kick in the junk.
The place is located in the back of the strip behind Bodeli Sushi Restaurant.

My fiancé took Evolve up on a $ 499 package. When she went there last Friday they asked if she had taken Advil, and she had. They asked her to reschedule for today, Tuesday and said there would be no fee or problem — they double checked. When my fiancé arrived today the Evolve people not only demanded a $ 150 fee for Friday’s appointment but then several staff members loudly bullied her in the lobby in front of several people. Shame on these people. Avoid.

I first went to Evolve in 2012 and had a great experience. This morning I went back after two years and it was just as wonderful. It is still a very nice and pretty office space. The staff makes you feel welcome. I saw Jaime who is their nurse, and she was so pleasant. She was informative and really wanted to help. The appointment was very quick and easy. I definitely recommend Evolve.

I would not suggest going here. The people do not make you feel wanted. They did not even have the correct equipment to complete my laser treatment. They did not have a razor. You can definitely spend your money more wisely at other places.

I have been here several times for different services. The waits are Loooongggg and if you go use the bathroom, everyone is just sitting around, so I’m always like «what is the delay all about, I’m on my lunch break»! Very frustrating. I kept giving them another try but not anymore– the last time I will ever be back is when the owner or manager, I think he said his name was Curtis, was put on the phone with me after requesting clarification on a groupon. I was so disgusted and appalled at his attitude and the words that came out of his mouth! The first thing he said without even greeting or listening was, let me put this so even you understand”. He is very sarcastic and unprofessional. And it was worse from that point on. I would never recommend this facility. There are so many other options and I will definitely send all of my money into the competition’s pockets!
