My family and I were greeted when we came in but throughout the whole time only one employee engaged in conversation with us. We spend about $ 80 dollars in our meal and not once did the manager come up and ask how we were doing or if we enjoyed the food. One employee, Phillip, stood out among the rest. He was very profession yet friendly and took our orders, cleaned our tables, and came by to check on my family and to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. Thanks to Phillip we had a good experience and will be coming back again.

Bagels are decent. Bagel sandwiches are sad and processed. The fruit smoothie is 100% sugar. And the staff are mostly kids. We bought a half dozen bagels and a tub of shmear for $ 8.99 or you can buy 1 bagel with shmear for $ 3.29. Easy math for me for a small family of 3. When asking if they can toast 2 of the 6 bagels they said that since we bought a «pack» of bagels they couldn’t toast them due to the time commitment. Mind you we were the only ones in the counter line. Even after we asked for the bagels to be sliced we got an eye roll and not so much of an acknowledgement of our patronage. This place is a corporate sell-out shit show.

Awesome store. Clean, contemporary, reasonably priced. Staff is attentive, helpful, and personable. Very courteous. Philip, specifically, is particularly wonderful. He brought my meal to my table and remembered my name. I would highly reccomend the chain, and this store specifically.

I will give them another try, but on a Sunday morning they were slammed and not handling it well. Frantic and frazzled was the vibe in this place.
