I’ve been going there since they opened a few years ago. Although it is a small store compared to the big box stores, they have almost everything that you usually need from a hardware store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also like how they stock up more seasonally more than other hardware stores. I found my roof rake there last winter when everyone else sold out. If the first staff doesn’t have an answer to your question, usually someone else there does. I find that they bend over backwards for their customers there. Great to have a place like this locally!

Stopped by to search for some whiteboard paint, and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman who lead me to the paint I was looking for.
This is the kind of hardware store I prefer. Nothing big box, and the people are knowledgable and want to help you.

This isn’t a big box store. The people are really friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for something, they don’ just give an aisle number, they go, with you to be sure you find it. They pretty much always have what I need and the one time they didn’t, they recommended local competitor! I like that attitude so I keep coming back

Daddario’s has everything you need plus especially knowledgeable helpers who are always available. They are very friendly and won’t recommend the most expensive item, but rather the best that you need for your purpose. It’s a fun store to get the creative juices flowing. We go there often — much easier than the «big box» stores.

I’ve driven by hundreds of times and never stopped in. I was driving by with my son last week when I remembered I needed roofing nails. Inside, I noticed that the woman at the register had her two kids with her, and they had a pizza and soda spread out on a small table. I liked seeing this, made me think that it was probably family owned business. She left the register to show us exactly where the roofing nails were kept. As we were leaving, we noticed another employee locking the door behind us. I looked at the hours on the door and saw that the store had been closed for 90 minutes! They must have been doing inventory when we wandered in, and instead of turning us away they took good care of us. Nice job!
Small interdependently owned hardware stores always give you better service than Home Depot or Lowe’s. The selection may not be as big, but I almost always find what I’m looking for.

Good hardware store; great selection; clean store; helpful staff — I rented a lawn tiller. Could not have been better — the equipment was in great shape, priced better than the other stores, and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
