This is specific to the Minute Clinic within this CVS store. At around 4pm on a Sunday nite, I needed to seek medical care(bronchitis, possible pneumonia). CVS Minute Clinic in Franklin was not taking any new patients(they close on Sundays at 5:30pm and their schedule was full until closing time). I found urgent care place ReadyMED in Milford and with a closing time of 8pm, I went there. I must say that having had a fabulous experience at ReadyMED(you can find my review about them on Unilocal), I learned a great deal about what I need from such a place… I have used MinuteClinic before and it’s been okay, however the comparison with ReadyMed is quite eye-opening. I required a chest xray as part of finding out what was wrong with me and MINUTECLINIC doesn’t have this type of equipment onsite. Had I needed a urinalysis, MINUTECLINIC doesn’t have this type of lab testing onsite. GOODBYE Minute Clinic! From now on – only ReadyMed! They provide so many services and have the equipment/lab to back them up …

A giant 24 hour CVS: be still, my CVS-loving heart! I wish there were more of them right in the city, but maybe CVS doesn’t want to deal with the late-night Boston shenanigans? Anyhow, nice gentleman named Arnold at the register helped me find a cold Diet Coke when all of them in the refrigerator seemed warm, and a caffeine-deprived girl must have her«cold one»!
