Was so happy to visit Cracker Barrel again while visiting the south. Don’t have these on the West coast and we enjoyed the southern cooking and friendly service. Our waitress Liz was the best, definitely an asset to this location.

It’s not in your imagination. This particular store really lacks compared to any Cracker Barrel anywhere else on the planet. I’ve been here twice, and it’s like they have all given up on life.

I like to peruse the store whether I eat here or not. There are numerous nostalgic items and always something on sale. This spot is especially convenient because it is right off I-65 exit # 65 in Franklin, TN. The food, atmosphere and service are about average. I prefer the breakfast foods to the lunch menu. Everything is mostly decent-tasting comfort food. I don’t frequent this chain, but when I am traveling via car, I know that(if I want average Southern comfort food) I can find a Cracker Barrel in almost any city and get a decent meal.

For whatever reason this store manages to come under par versus the other CB restaurants in the area. I’ve been here twice and the food looked aweful. Service from the wait staff is aweful and we only had our drink refilled once. Personally, I prefer the CB by Briley Pkwy near Opry Mills.

Over cooked burger, dry as sawdust, cold soggy fries, cold cornbread, and my hubbies’ order was wrong. I use to like like Cracker Barrel, however I feel their quality has slipped considerably. I think I am done eating at all their locations.

Went to breakfast this morning and it was good like always. The exception this morning was our server Rodney, he was very nice & courteous and made the morning far more enjoyable than any other tine I have been to Cracker Barrel. Thanks Rodney!

For some reason, this store consistently has problems, particularly in their take out. I have lost count of how many times they either got the order wrong, or the service was slow. I just picked up dinner tonight, and one of the sides was a tossed salad with 1000 island dressing. I got home, and ranch was in the bag. It even said 1000 island on the ticket. Seriously, is there anyone who can’t tell the difference between ranch and 1000 island? Anyway, I’m done. I’ll just go elsewhere. Management needs to clean house at this location.

Very good service, you now can look on line to find gluten free menu a lot of options. I loved the catfish grilled and gluten free seasonings. I was able to have mashed potatoes and green beans. Every thing was well prepared and tasty they had a nice crackling fire. I normally don’t eat here because I make from scratch at home. But I had a gift certificate and I’m glad I did the catfish was the best gluten free catfish I have ever had.

Ordered to go from the crack motel otherwise know as la Quinta(trust me do not stay there!). It was delicious!

Eggs is a basket is my go-to for breakfast. Unfortunately this location disappointed with their over cooked eggs. Over easy became a medium, and over medium was rock solid. However, as usually, the hash brown casserole was great.

We come here a lot for breakfast and really enjoy the good food and service. The pecan pancakes and non– stop coffee are especially great!

We love their breakfast so we always stop here when we are on vacation. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Southern-comfort-food. I love Cracker Barrel breakfasts and am a huge fan of their biscuits and gravy. But this time, I had their eggs in a basket. The eggs were a little undercooked, but the bacon was nice and crisp. The service was quick and efficient, and our waitress was friendly and helpful.

Food ok, has gone downhhill and please stop cramming so many things in your lobby, trying to navigate is a nightmare. but real issue, went for breakfast, waited the 15 mins, got food, some cold, scrambled eggs a brick but coffee good. well i asked for a togo cup for coffee, its Sunday needed more and I spilled it. all over me the floor table everywhere. so my friend got up told server and said we needed a towel. she walked over practically threw some napkins at me and walked away. no «do you need help»,“is it hot”.“can I get an actually freakin towel”.nothing.then served another table and left… the only reason she even got a tip is my friend is kind and was not the one covered in coffeee and soaked… so i told them at desk what happened, they apologized then stupid thing asked if I wanted to see a manager. dont ask get one.really.and then still charge me full price for meal.really.well sadly Cracker Barrell is an icon but food is getting worse, prices higher, service questionable if not sucks, save yourself time and energy and go someplace else. IHOP has better coffee also. or Waffle House not a sfancy but I have never had bad eggs or hash browns.

Cracker Barrel is a real staple for a great breakfast. And this location holds true to this tradition. In particular this location the wait staff was very attentive(they get 5 starts). I was very impressed with the frequency that they offered to top off my coffee. This is becoming the true sign of a quality breakfast location.
