These guys are good and professional. I had a situation with an iron door lock. They sent Catlin out to fix out door lock. He was nice, knowledgeable, and knew his craft.

They were at my car within 10 minutes, and had my car opened within 2! That’s no exaggeration! The method that they use causes much less damage to the car than the usual «coat-​hanger-​hook-​and-​hope». The man who assisted me was very pleasant as well. He was even able to take my credit card as payment right there. Very convenient service overall! While I hope I don’t have to, I wouldn’t hesitate to turn to them again!

I had a broken latch on a door leading to my garage at my home. I first called another locksmith in Franklin, sent photos, talked on the phone, emailed back and forth… the locksmith was to order a replacement latch from the manufacturer… four weeks later, nothing but excuses all blamed on the manufacturer.
I finally found Cool Springs Lock and Key. They were at my door within an hour of my call. They installed a generic replacement latch and ordered a warranted replacement latch from the manufacturer while they were at my home. The replacement latch arrived at my place within two days and these guys were out to install it within 45 minutes of my call to let them know the part was here.
They do auto, residential and commercial. They know what they are doing, friendly, prompt and fair priced. I won’t be wasting my time with anyone else again. Cool Springs Lock and Key gets the call.
