Celebrate the Day

I called Cindy to price a single 33″ balloon. I was quoted a price of $ 12.00 where I repeated the price to my wife and Cindy agreed that was correct.
She was about to leave for a delivery so we agreed she would text me when she would be available for me to pick up because she wanted a $ 28.00 fee to deliver.
When she texted me a time to pick up she also stated she couldn’t remember what price she gave me but that it would be $ 22.00. Almost double her quoted price.
I called her to ask about the increase and she states basically it is what it is and she must have misquoted me.
Now it is after 6pm on Sat and no time to get one anywhere else so this didn’t sit well with me so I told her I would thanks but no thanks.
I will never do business with this company and would not recomend her or this business to anyone.

This was seriously the best experience ever. My sister lives in Nashville and I am in California so I wanted to do something special and memorable for her birthday since I wasn’t there to celebrate.
Cindy was AMAZING. The customer service was spot on. My sister loved it. She engaged the entire office and is sending me photos and videos since I couldn’t be there. They were fast and got my order in immediately. They were reasonably priced and so easy to work with.
The entire office was engaged, the experience was interactive with my sister (both singing and dancing). And they even gave her gifts/​souvenirs and birthday certificate that I got to write a special message on.
If you want a fun, creative gift for someone you know Celebrate the Day is the place to go !!! Can not recommend them enough :)

For Valentine’s Day I wanted to surprise my wife with something she’d absolutely never expect. She’s not the type that enjoys being the center of a lot of attention, so I figured the best thing to get her would be a giant Chicken to sing to her in front of all her co-​workers.
Cindy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She helped me plan things out, and, to top it off, was able to provide me with a video of everything. My wife received some balloons, a lot of candy, and a hand-​made card, along with the attention of a bunch of other people as she was serenaded by a singing/​dancing chicken.
To top it all off, being that this is Music City — Cindy’s (aka the Chicken) singing was quite good, and she even clucked some of the lyrics.
Overall, I’m one happy customer.
