Appalachian Tree

I got three estimates on a tree removal. I opted to go with Appalachian. Of the other 2 estimates one never showed as promised, and the other showed right away but had too many bad things to say about ALL the competition I opted not to use him.
Appalachian showed up for the job on time, had 4 guys with a 5^th that followed, and did the whole job in just over an hour.
The entire tree including the trunk was ground to mulch. They appeared to work safely and I was pleased. Tree came down and all was well! Yes I would use them again if I had another tree that needed to be removed.
The only reason I didnt put 5 star as they left a quite large pile of mulch. I heard that they normally take that with them. They didnt ask if I wanted it and it could have been shoveled into the truck. In this case it was not an issue though as 2 neighbors in the park took some for their gardens, and I bagged several bags just incase the hole sinks over time as it settles and the wood chips decay. If however you DONT want a big pile of mulch, make sure you discuss that part first.
