The drop-​off service was a waste of my money. Everything was returned so poorly folded that everything — all thirty pounds — was wrinkled. My sweaters were shrunken and my work clothes needed hours of ironing.
I did not go back to complain because all I wanted was clean, pressed clothes which is obviously not possible at Spin City unless you do it yourself.
At best, everything was run through a wash cycle. Definitely not worth $ 1/​pound of laundry for drop-​off.

Their drop off service is mediocre to fine (although they charge extra for same day pick up) but I’m completely disgusted by the gross overcharging of customers. I was quoted $ 24 and when I came to pick up they charged me $ 35, $ 11 extra dollars because I had a small throw blanket that was so small it fit in my laundry basket. Ridiculous waste of money, will never go back here!
