Almost, three years ago I said I was never coming back to this location(see review above) and I kept that promise to myself until now. I happen to be shopping in the shopping center and was in a rush to get my coffee fix so I hesitantly went in. I shop at Best Yet a lot and usually drive out of my way to another location just to avoid this place. .. and now I remember why! First of all, all of the help in there seem to be related somehow, they don’t seem to speak or understand my language(English), and they lack customer service manners. Talk about nepotism and prejudice, they should give some local Franklin Square residents a chance to work in their own neighborhood! I feel like I’m visiting a foreign country when I walk in there. My main gripe is they’re either morons or very sneaky! I went in for the 2−4pm latte special for $ 1.99. The cashier takes my order and scans the app on my phone for payment. When I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged the full price of $ 3.64. I pointed this out and she played dumb, or maybe she really is dumb. I said you’re supposed to scan the $ 1.99 coupon code that is taped to the cash register as a reminder. This promotion has been going on for three weeks now so I’m sure she was well aware of what she was doing. I asked for a refund for the difference and she took a $ 1 out of her tip cup and handed it to me with an attitude. I said excuse me, do the math, it’s more than $ 1 you owe me. Then she starts arguing with me that it’s not $ 1.99 it comes to $ 2.16 with tax. Yeah well. .. that’s still not a $ 1 difference you owe me. What about the tax you charged me at the wrong price. So I made her recalculate on the register and she goes back into her tip cup and nastily gives me some change. Unbelievable! She makes a mistake and has the nerve to give me attitude like I’m taking her tips. Why didn’t she just open the damn register and give a refund from there. Or offer a donut to make up the difference. Or admit she was wrong, instead of making me make a big deal over this. Playing dumb or not understanding English doesn’t work with me. I don’t care if you owe me a penny, you’re not getting away with your sneakiness! Also, as I was showing the cashier my receipt with the incorrect total, she snatched the receipt away from me and was trying to keep it with my free drink reward I just earned attached to it. I told her to give it back to me. Everyone in the store was looking at me like I had 10 heads arguing my point. Some people are so clueless and probably have no idea that they’ve been ripped off too. Stand up for your rights people and don’t let these sneaks get away with it! This complaint is in addition to the many other problems I’ve had there with incorrect orders, constant burnt coffee, being cheap with the flavored coffee, donuts out of stock, etc. Just horrible!

This is the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. They really should train their staff with customer service. Fist of all they couldn’t understand my order, then they tell me the latte machine was broken. I asked if I could get a discount on a different drink and they all looked at me like I was crazy and one guy said«I don’t know». Why should I pay full price for something I don’t even want? Most places would try offering something else to make up for it, but they didn’t. I cancled my order and left. I will never come back!

I agree with the prior reviewer. Service at this Dunkin’ is the slowest I have ever seen at any location on the planet that I’ve been to. Does management even realize that this store loses one customer for every three it serves due to the line being so incredibly long? At least have another cashier on hand. Having merely one is asking for a scathing review, which was fully written while in line before I was served. Unbelievable.

The slowest store that you would encounter. They have no consideration for people who have things to do and Sophia is rude as ever. Two stars because I like dunkin coffee and edibles.
