Professional and committed to great customer service. They did a beautiful job installing my bathroom vanity and fixed a huge parted seam in my kitchen (fixed my kitchen tops that were installed by another fabricator). I have been in the stone industry for 20 years and always recommend Stone Masters.

Very bad experience with Stone Masters in Franklin Park. Picked out a beautiful piece of granite for my new kitchen cabinets. And was never told they come in different thickness, needless to say they sold me a piece of granite mentioned for a bathroom cabinet. I was told no refund and no exchanges! During the installation the granite cracked! Yes cracked! And they refused to replace it! All they did was repair it, and now the cracking is worse and they will not come out and repair it. Terrible customer service for a neighborhood shop. So much for keeping the little business going!
