Great breakfast place in town! I enjoy their omelets and breakfast potatoes! Their coffee is good too! It’s a small place to eat in but, it’s definitely worth it!

Great little breakfast spot. Good bagels and a family atmosphere. Nothing specatular, but definitely not bad!

I have had nothing but poor experiences at this establishment. The first attempt to grab bagels on a Saturday(during posted store hours) resulted in a fruitless attempt as the store apparently close early. Thinking nothing of it, since all decent bagel stores bake fresh and tend to close after they sell out, I resigned to come back. The second attempt was worse. I went back at 10 am on a Sunday. I asked for two breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels. The girl behind the counter tried to tell me that they were out, but an older man shushed her and told her he’d get them. I noticed that I didn’t see any everything bagels in the bin, but assumed that they would grab them out of a new batch. Instead, I saw him quickly grab two bagels out of a «low carb» bagel bin. In a rush, I decided not to say anything. When I got home, I noticed one of the bagels wasn’t even a low carb everything, but a low carb sesame. If they had been honest, I would have been understanding that bagels run out. Instead, I was purposefully duped and felt angry about it. Bagels were slightly below average but the poor service is what stood out. I tried to come back a third time to buy bus tickets for NYC and they were closed during posted open hours again. I have no idea how this places manages to stay open, but I would avoid it at if possible.

Tried this place out this morning. I love french toast bagels so I ordered one with butter. I get home and i open my bagel and its filled with damn cream cheese. I hate cream cheese! How the hell do you mess that up??? The words butter and cream cheese do not remotely sound close to even screw that up! However when I did pull it apart the cream cheese did stick to one side of the cut halves. I tried that plain side and it was one of the worst french toast bagels I’ve had. Very doughy and very bland. I’m glad I wasted my money and was still left hungry after ordering something I couldn’t eat. As the employees here clearly cant get the simplest order done right.

I only wish i was fast enough to have taken pictures, but what i saw flying/crawking around the bagels — either were like nats. I brought it to the attention if the attendant and walked out.

This store is actually located in Kendall Park in south Brunswick. Not in Franklin park. Regardless, after the ownership change a few years back the bagels are not very good. Not to mention that the girls that work the register are clueless. Last time I went they let pretty much everyone cut me in line to pay while my order say ready to go for 15 minutes next to the girl who was too clueless to realize my food was ready. I had to point it out and ask her if that could be my order. Maybe 5 – 10 customers came in ordered, paid, and received their food in the time I waited patiently. Just go to Pierres bakery on George’s road !!! Don’t know how anyone likes these flavorless sandwiches

Well there is no other option around, that being said they are a decent place to grab some bagels. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Its a good option for breakfast. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. The prices might be a tad bit on the higher side($ 4.00 for Bacon Egg and Cheese, could have been $ 3.50). I see myself coming back here.

Great convenient shop near the bus stop. Always end up getting the French Toast or Chocolate Chip Bagel. Really good.

I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. I love the jalapeño and sun dried tomato bagels: the bomb! Have to subtract a few stars for them closing early and not opening early enough. Otherwise no complaints. The food is great here for a great value!

I went to this place today and there were flies all over the bagel area. I walked right out. Health hazard!

I eat here all the time. You won’t find a good egg and cheese bagel sandwich for under $ 4.00 anywhere else in NJ. There have been times where the bagels are a little dry and they make mistakes and put the wrong cheese, but overall, great, filling meal. Eat here for breakfast and you won’t be hungry again until dinner time! My only suggestion is that they are a little more organized with taking orders. Other bagel stores now type orders into computer and print out has all the details: ie; no salt, lots of pepper, swiss cheese, fried egg,(not scrambled), etc. When the owner takes the order, it is always correct, but some of the part timers there don’t always get order right, or maybe the cook messes up.

Yummy bagels and sandwiches! I also really liked the cheese sticks. They have limited hours just as an FYI. They aren’t open super late.

Tried this place only because more normal bagel shop closed for vacation for the week. Ewwwww is all I can say. Place dirty. Ordered bagels and they put them on bare dirty counter while getting a bag and used same gloves that touched money, face, phone and register. I tried them anyway bc desperate and we ended up having stomach issues immediately after ate fried egg on bagel sandwiches — both people that ate the sandwiches. Do not go here!!!
