Walmart Supercenter

Went to this location for black Friday deal on a ps4 controller. I waited about 30 minutes for a customer rep to unlock the cabinet. I asked for the controller that was in the advertised flyer. He responded he did not know which one was on sale. I asked if he could find out and he said no. I would have to stand in the line at electronics (about an hour or more) to ask. I would then have to come back wait again for the cabinet to be unlocked to go back to the electronics line to check out that item and then stand in line again at the front to check out our other items. I said no Thank you and walked away. I have encountered other employees at this location that cannot answer simple questions. I would avoid this location anytime they are busy or if you need help with anything.
