Pizza Hut

This place is a total mess. I’ve placed orders online received confirmation went to pick up order and no order was found. I’ve placed orders for delivery and waited 2 hours for food to arrive. It’s just not worth the aggravation to order from this place!

EDIT: I went and ordered two pizza and wings last night with my credit and it was a LOT better. The pizzas were hot and fresh and the wings were awesome. Still not a 5 star rating because of the original issue, but they did fix their mistakes and gave me no trouble getting my replacements.
We usually don’t have an issue with this Pizza Hut, but last night we did. We got the bundle box and some wings and the only things that weren’t messed up were the cookie pizza and the bread sticks.
The pizza’s were both cold. Cheese was completely congealed. They weren’t even cooked all the way. Not to mention, there was a hair that was DEFINITELY not mine or my friends on one of the pizzas.
And the wings. Oh god. They had nearly NO sauce on them, which is honestly unacceptable when you pay nearly $ 7 for 8 of them.
The only reason I’m not rating 1 star is because I called in and the manager I spoke to (not sure who, but it was a female) was very kind and understanding and gave me store credit. We’re gonna try it again tonight and see if it goes any better this time around.

I’ve never had a problem ordering from here. Usually I order online, but on the occasion I have to call, the employees are very courteous. The delivery drivers are also very polite. My orders are always correct.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. They always mess up my order. When the delivery driver does get here (never on time) they always give me someone else’s order. Only reason why i kept coming here was because of the wings but now they messed those up. Ive had to try new places and they lost a loyal customer. Dominos, here i come.

The food I had was very good. (I also ate at TRU while in Chicago and Aria was not in that category.) After sharing parts of two appetizers (the crab cake and apple, date, and arugula salad), I had the Shrimp Tempura and the beet salad and then crème brûlée for dessert. The shrimp and dessert were quite good. The dressing on the beet salad was a too sour to eat, however. The server (Ignacio) was absolutely wonderful and very good with four somewhat «picky» women! We stayed at the Fairmont hotel and enjoyed all our meals with you.
The only bad part was this d*** named sean kilpatrick. He almost ruined the the whole experience for me. And they didnt hire me.

Pizza Hut 4 lyfe. Disregard all previous negative reviews!
I phoned my local pizza hut on a chilly Thursday evening, only to have my call answered by Tyler, possibly one of the best pizza salesmen in the midwest. His friendly voice warmed me up despite the cold temperatures outside. This is saying a lot! His passion and expertise guided me through an expansive new Pizza Hut menu. Ultimately he «hooked me up» with the «pizza hut special” – I’d highly recommend it!
Way to go, Tyler! Keep the dream alive. You’ll be at the top of the Pizza Hut corporate ladder in no time.

Terrible. I love pizza Hut pizza. But this one forgets part of your order 8 out of 10 times. Then treat you like a jerk for calling and wanting it corrected.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would!!! Whatever do NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!! I placed my order and gave them my card number and after they took my money which I don’t have a lot of they told me it would be here after 9pm & it was only 7 pm. Canceled my order cuz my kids need to eat before they go to bed but now they tell me out will take up to 3 days to get my money back. They should of said something before I placed the order

Before you get a chance to ask me. well what did I expect from Pizza Hut, I’ll tell you — I expected aggressively mediocre pizza and unexceptional but not unenjoyable flavored wads of breaded chicken, same as I’ve always gotten from any Pizza Hut ever, and exactly what I was in the mood for.
I’m very fortunate to live in an area with a wealth of pizza choices, and you can’t throw a rock without hitting a really freaking good mom and pop or small chain place. But last night I chose Pizza Hut because I had 10 people over playing games and since we’d been torn between chicken and pizza, some pizza and boneless wings seemed just the ticket. And those cute little «pizza sliders» they’ve been advertising all over the place were the perfect answer for the disparate tastes on hand. The icing on the cake was online ordering that allowed me to enter in everyone’s special instructions clearly, knowing that they won’t get transcribed incorrectly as they might in a phone call.
So, I wrangled everyone’s order out of them, entered it in, and we were off to the races! Or so I thought. Within a minute or two of submitting my order, the phone rang — Pizza Hut calling to tell me that they were out of the pizza slider dough. Sigh. So I told him I’m have to call him back and turned back to the gang to negotiate toppings on a couple of full size pizzas. After much gnashing of teeth and rending of garments, I called back with my order and began reading it off. As I got to my second large pan pizza, I was interrupted and told that they only have one large pan. WHAT??? So if another customer called in wanting a large pan pizza five minutes after me they would have told them sorry, we only have one pan? Sigh. Fine, make it a medium. Oh, you’re out of green peppers? Do you not share a parking lot with a freaking grocery store? Grrr.
So, after all was said and done, our order that was about 60% not what we really wanted was in and cooking, they gave us a whopping $ 6 off for all of the hassles, and I was quoted the same delivery time as I’d originally been given before all the hassles. I knew better than to hold them to that, but I didn’t expect that it would be 35 minutes off the mark and over an hour after my initial order was entered before my doorbell rang.
Do I even really need to mention the food? It was mediocre but edible, as expected. Special instructions were gotten wrong, as expected. Was it worth all the BS? Absolutely not. Next time we’re in the mood for lousy pizza, we’ll turn to any of about a dozen other choices in the area.

Last night our Girl Scout troop had our end of the year pizza party. When I called Pizza Hut they were rude and not nice at all. Even though we are Girl Scouts and it is the girl’s money, they would not give us a discount and believe it or not they would not accept our Tax exempt. Tried to tell me some crap that they have to have the letter in the store a week before we order. I have NEVER had a problem presenting our Tax ID anywhere. Dominoes always gives us a discount on top of taking our tax id. I will never order from here ever again and hopefully others will follow. They got 1 star because I couldnt submit with out a rating. Should be NO STARS
