My mother won 2 gift certificates for 2 large cheese pizzas from fratellos at a charity event. We ordered one cheese and one with sausage and onions. When my dad went to pick them up he gave her the gift certificates. The lady at the counter was very rude and grouchy and said he had to pay for the toppings(which we knew) and charged him $ 8.50 for TWO toppings!!! What a rip off! My mom later called to ask how much toppings cost for large pizza and the guy on the phone said they were only $ 2.00 each! Clearly we were ripped off… Never again!

Meh. It was pizza, crust was dough-y and undercooked, sauce was okay, the cheese was cheese. For needing something to eat it was just fine. If you have other options, take them. But I’m not hungry anymore so that’s a plus.

Pizza was average, only plain available when I went in and the place is a mess. The slices were a bit bigger than average so I’ll give it 3 stars, but when your place looks dirty, maybe you can use two plates on my slice so the tip of the pizza doesn’t sit on your counter while I pay.
