You might want to take the glowing review from Matthew with a grain of salt since his tips and pictures for Creepy Hallow that was also so awesome is owned by and at the same location as Fawn Landscaping.
Sounds like a fake review to me.

I think fawn did a great job at my home. I had them put in a decent sized patio along with landscaping in my backyard. The owner is very talkative but knowledgable and means well, but just wants to give you as many ideas that he thinks could work. My neighbors had them do their house too after seeing ours and they were also pleased. Highly recommended.

Fortunately, I did not have the problems other reviewers had. I thought the job was okay. The team completed the job as agreed (landscaping the entire property on a newly constructed home). The workmanship is average. We put in many perennials, about ¹⁄₃ of which have died. We contacted the office initially but did not get any help. More plants have died since then. We had a number of trees put in and a couple have begun to lean.
What I recall most (the job was in 2008) is that they tried to up-​sell every step of the way. The final product is average. The price tag was too high for what we got. I can’t slam them because they don’t deserve that when it comes to the job on my home. However, I have some more work to be done on the property and am not even considering them.
