I agree with all the recent posts. I was having my bathroom renovated. I was told it would take 10 days — after 10 weeks of minimal communication, excuses etc., I finally contacted another company to install my shower glass. Could not have been more disappointed. Certainly overpaid for what I received. Susan Plainfield

Hired them to do bathroom renovations. We were disappointed with the whole experience and were physically and emotionally drained when it was finally over. We were so tired of the excuses & delays that we will gladly pay someone else to repair something covered under their 1 year warranty. I do not recommend this company and agree with much of Russell R’s comments. I’d pass on this one and keep looking!

Hired to do a bath renovation. Quality of workmanship isn’t the greatest and don’t feel I got my money’s worth. Not saying they did a bad job, but the work was rushed and it shows in the finishes. My advice is to closely monitor the work while it’s in progress. Overlook the work very detailed and watch for rushed finishes. While the owner, Bill, had to subcontract out two different times to correct SOME of the work his workers did incorrectly, not all issues were abated. He does not respond to emails where you point out his workers’ lack of quality and the fact that it was clearly rushed. Communication isn’t the greatest out of this company. The workers showed up consistently at least 30 — 60 minutes late each day and ducked out by 3:30pm. It is clear that there was almost no communication between the owner and the workers about the scope of work to be performed. When I would ask about items, I would get this response: «oh I don’t think so, but we can take a look.» Review the scope of work in the contract. After two emails about the quality of the work and issues with finishes(not to mention a wall that isn’t even close to being built squared), I am yet to get a response to those emails let alone an apology. Take responsibility for your employees’ mistakes and at least apologize. Some advice for the owner, Bill: Make job site visits during the work to check quality. Hold your employees accountable. Follow-up with customers when a job is complete. Make wrongs right. Don’t waste your money on hiring subcontractors to correct work your employees did — train your employees and do it right the first time! Address finish work and rushed work with your employees. Honestly, I won’t use your company or recommend your company to anybody.
