First of all, read through this review before you consider contacting wpc. They DO NOT keep their warranty and promise said on their website. I had them to remove a wasp hive near my house a week before. A guy came, the wasp gone, I thought that’s it, that’s perfect. I confirmed three times and he promised that if the wasp came back in three months they will cover it for free. However, the same remained wasps came back and gathered again next to the old hive. I called them asking for fulfilling warranty/​guaranty, but they ask for another 50 and tried to persuade me signing a contract for a whole year at $ 700 (175×4). After I refuse they just rudely hang up the phone. If the same thing happened to you, protect yourself with law cause it is seriously against implied warranty according to their website’s guaranty. Go with some other more reputed companies who do keep their words. It’s just annoying and mood ruin to deal with such a company.
