The wet shave with the hot towel is great if you have the extra cash to spend, but call in to reserve a longer slot — these guys are always fully booked.

The barbers that work at Loyalty Barber Shop VII are really good. They take time to do a very good job cutting your hair. There is something very real — — very genuine — — about the place; nothing stuffy, nothing artificial, nothing fancy, just THE PLACE to go to have your hair cut. Prices are reasonable. They take appointments.

These guys are all world class. Jose and Jonathan are both great, I’ve never been anything less then thrilled. Started coming here 6 months ago and am never looking back!

Man I have never had a haircut this good before. Tim is the man… nice guys in there too and for the price it’s unbelievable best haircut I’ve ever had period!

Great service, awesome vibe to the place and everyone that works there has always been very professional and down to earth. I make the drive from Boston every time I need a haircut and I will continue to do so.

Came here as a walk-​in yesterday. Had my cut and beard trim done by Chris. He did exactly what I asked well and quickly. Expert with the straight razor as well. Great cut!
The shop itself has a nice neighborhood feel. It is minimalist in design, but with plenty of space. There is a pool table to pass the waiting time and lots of outlets to charge phones, readers, erc.
I will definitely be back.

So I have to be honest, I’ve been looking for a great barber, with great skills, professionalism and one that truly loves what he does. I discovered this place after a patient of mine recommended him to me.
Josue is a true gentleman, takes his time with cuts, keeps you busy with discussions and offers a great and unbeatable price ($ 15) plus tip (Cash only) when it comes to a barbershop. I sure hope that this service continues the way it is as I have been a customer for about 7 – 8 months now and I have always left happy.
If you live in the Natick area, I strongly suggest skipping all the other places (and believe me I’ve tried them all) and try this place.
Make sure that you call and make an appointment as walk-​ins can sometimes take a while.

You’ll get a solid cut at a great price. All of the guys take their time to make sure they give you a great cut. The shop is pretty open with a pool table and tv while you wait. There’s a couch and lots of padded benches.
I’d recommend that you make an appointment. They seem to fill up quickly, and you could be waiting for quite a while.
I was pretty surprised that they didn’t hit all of the lines with a straight razor at the end. That would be my only complaint, but I think the price more than makers up for our.

I have been on a search for a very good barber/​stylist for quite some time, I’ve been to expensive Salon’s, private salon stylists, local cheap chain salons, other barbers and to the point of buzzing my own hair for long periods of time.
In all these years I have never really found somebody that is as precise and talented as Josue. He was able to give me a cut that essentially made me look 10 years younger than I am (so said a few of my friends anyway), he gave me something more modern that I never would have considered for myself. My wife (my most important critic) absolutely adored it, said it was the best ever cut and style I’ve had.
Come to find out he does cut’s for various VIP’s in the sports field in the Boston area (Celtics players, Patriots players etc.). I can certainly see why, he is such a down to earth guy and I actually had fun and was extremely relaxed throughout the cut, not concerned with what anything was going to look like at the end. He was also extremely informative and helped me to understand my hair and how to manage my style properly going forward.
After spending an hour in his chair, needless to say I was surprised that he only wanted to charge me $ 18. His attention to detail and technique would have been upwards of $ 50 elsewhere easily. Don’t let the low price fool you, it is top shelf work.

Expertly crafted haircut. Hands of a true master. There are two barbers cutting in the shop currently and I would recommend both equally. Used to get my cuts somewhere else but I have found my home finally! I got a tight fade, and a great lineup with a blade. Prices are great, atmosphere is awesome. Pool table, plenty of seating space, and some cool items to purchase. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, I got a great haircut at a terrific price. Now for the extras — It’s nice to see the owner of a business take pride in what he’s building. The shop is clean and comfortable. Jonathan, the shop owner and barber is personable. I will certainly be back.

I’m a 33 male with semi-​difficult to cut hair and I feel like I’ve been searching for loyalty barber shop for 15 years. I care what my hair looks like and I’m NEVER truly satisfied walking out of a corporate hair cutting factory like supercuts, great cuts, etc (and sorry knockouts, short shorts don’t make my hair look better). This place is the real deal. Jon and Josue (?) are both TOP NOTCH barbers and will give you the best fade, taper, detail work you’ve ever had for a really great price. The atmosphere is great too: relaxed and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Me and a buddy went in on a Tuesday afternoon with an apt, and Jon and Josue took us immediately. The vibe is great: couches, pool table, tv, local art on the walls, old school barbershop chairs. The customer service was incredible: the barbers take their time on each cut to ensure their customer’s satisfaction, and they use that time to get to know you. Very personable guys, easy to talk to, well-​spoken, and laid back. No wonder business is booming just after one year in existence! Definitely going to make Loyalty my go-​to barbershop from now on!

I went in there last week for a cut. Moderately priced, cool layout, and Jon’s attention to detail is outstanding. He really takes pride in what he does and you can see his personality in every aspect of his shop, even the name.

Jonathan takes time on each cut, so you’re always getting the best out of him. He cuts to perfection and can do all styles of hair. The shop is also very clean and has a great vibe to it. Recommend it for any cut you’re trying to get.
