After discovering a major hot water heater leak that happened overnight, I called Joseph Kaufman Plumbing first thing in the morning and got a call back within an hour. They had one of their plumbers, with an assistant, at my house that afternoon, and two hours later they had replaced the unit and I had hot water again.
Their team was highly-experienced, polite, friendly, patiently answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. Having the option of paying by credit card was a nice benefit.
I’d definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
