I have had some repair work done here and was exceptionally pleased with the quality. They have a large dog (German Shepard?) who usually just sits and doesn’t bother anyone. Today, when I went in to pick up some jewelry, there were three large dogs. two approached me and one barked loudly. I told Lisa that I was uncomfortable and she ignored me and didn’t call to the dogs. I asked if she could move them and her response was, «Where should I move them to?» It is clearly the owner’s right to have the dogs in the store, but I will not return. I don’t need to feel threatened and have my concerns disregarded. She simply could have come out from behind the counter and called to the dogs. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable.

Aggressive/​intrusive questions by both women and husband! Filthiest jewelry shop I have ever encountered! DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP– THE LOWEST OFFER out of five shops! Couldn’t wait to get out!

They make beautiful custom made jewelery! I was having trouble finding the perfect wedding ring online but I was able to work with their designer Scott to have a customized ring made. We worked together to figure out the metal type and stone clarity and quality that gave me the look that I wanted but that was also within my price range. The ring came out even more beautiful than it was in my head! Each time I am in the area I stop in and they clean my ring until it sparkles.
I highly recommend them if you are looking for something quality made and more individualized than with the chain stores. Plus you know that you are getting quality goods and expert advice that won’t try to oversell you something.
