Had a wonderful experience! Went with two friends. The owner was so friendly and the pedicure was perfect. Lots of color choices and the pedicure chairs were very comfy! I really enjoyed my afternoon at Crystal Nails!

Scheduled an appointment during the week for a pedicure. Was immediately seated, they attempted to up sell me on a natural pedicure which I politely declined twice. My pedicure was rushed, my toe nails were not properly shaped, she didn’t fully paint each toe nail. I had to file each toe afterwards. I feel like she rushed my pedicure because she tried to seat me for a manicure. I politely declined a manicure because I had already had a gel manicure elsewhere. I was the only person in the salon so I’m not quite sure why I was rushed. $ 28 is a lot for a 20 minute pedicure. On the flip side, the staff was very nice but I don’t see how she gets return customers for the low quality work she does.

This place is absolutely adorable. The women are so fun and sweet. They do a fantastic job on pedicures and manicures. They really take their time to give you a massage and to make sure your nails looks awesome.

This was my second visit to Crystal Nails. This time around, I wanted to get my nails done for Halloween. I wanted my nails to match my minion costume. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. My nail tech did an amazing job and made my nails look just as I wanted! I have very small nails as I am a former nail biter but that didn’t matter. My nail technician didn’t complain or say it’s too difficult instead she was very happy to design my nails and wanted me to be happy with the result. I was thrilled! My boyfriend even commented on how cute they looked! Great, friendly service for a great price. Thank you again! I’ll be sure to come back soon

I needed a last minute manicure and these guys are GREAT. They fit me in, were sociable. If I was in the area and needed to reach out to someone I certainly would call on these folks again. I received a Gel manicure (done wonderfully). HIGHLY recommend.

My Mom and I were in the Framingham area for the day and made appointments for pedicures and gel manicures. The salon was easy to find near downtown Framingham with on street (metered) parking in front or free parking in back. Anna and Winnie (mother and daughter) were friendly, personable, and skilled technicians. Our nails looked great — they took their time and the results were very nice! We will definitely return. We left with beautiful nails and had a stress-​free, fun experience!

Not sure what’s great about this place. I got a good Mani and pedi but I asked for dip and they kept saying yes and gave me a shellac. I would have argued, but I’m assuming I’m not understood to begin with. Still looking for a decent nail place in the area.

The best nail salon in the Framingham area! I move from Ct and I try a couple places before and the quality and time this woman’s put on you is incredible for the price. Vanna did my pedicure she took good care of my feet and gave me the best leg massage ever! Anna and her daughter Winnie did my nails twice and remember after the 10 visit you have 1 fill for free! I am a happy costumer and you will be too!

I totally LOVE Crystal Nails and Spa!!! The Ladies here are the best !!! That’s why I refuse to go anywhere else to get my Mani-pedi’s, even though there are nail salons in Natick I personally travel to Framingham to get my Nails done! I’m always greeted with a huge smile and they know what I like done !!!

Great find on a Saturday– I called ahead and made a same day appointment. The salon was clean, professional and I was greeted right away. I enjoyed the relaxing pedicure and had a great gel manicure –and I will be coming back regularly, and telling friends!!!

Best nail salon and spa in Framingham. Ana and Vana are super sweet. Ana welcomes everyone with open arms and treats everyone like family. We walked in 15 minutes before close and they accommodated us for three pedicures with no questions asked. I got the «Natural Pedicure Deluxe» and let me tell you, best $ 50 I’ve ever spent. She gave the best massage and did not skip a minute. Super relaxing. I’ll be a long time customer… And bring all my friends and family.

This was the best nail place ever! My friends and I all came here after a long week at work and felt so relaxed and pampered. They had a huge selection of colors for gel. The prices were also fantastic! They even give you a rewards card where you buy 10 services get one free. THIS WAS THE BEST NAIL PLACE EVER!!! GO THERE NOW

I moved to Framingham 5 years ago and found this place. I have always had a pleasant experience and the owner, Anna, treats you like family. She knows your name, her daughters work there and we exchange baby photos. The atmosphere is just loving. The service is even better. I have tried out some other nail salons in the area and they have never come even close to the level of relaxation I get here. The foot massages are extraordinarily relaxing, equipped with calf massage, exfoliating and warm clay detox. That right there is the reason I keep coming back. The mani’s also include a forearm massage. They have a Chinese New Year party every year, and if you get a mani/​pedi at the right time, Anna may even offer her very own Phở soup, which is the best I have ever tasted. Fantastic business and people, exceptional service. And great price!!!

This place is by far the best nail salon I have been to in the area. I always leave VERY happy. Prices are very good and my acrylics last longer than ever. I have been going here for a few years now, they are like family to me. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are conveniently located in Downtown Framingham and have parking out back. I wish I could give them more stars because they deserve it.
