Our business has been working with Pedro from Computer Smart for a few years now. I can’t express how incredibly reliable and responsive his whole team is to every issue we have on the multiple computers they service for us. Not only do they address our issues immediately, but they actually follow up again later to be sure it is STILL working as expected. I can’t name any other business partner that we work with who exemplifies this level of service. It is with great fortune that we found this company, and will continue to work with them and recommend them to anyone who values quality experts with superior service.

My year old lap top decided to STOP. I went to several companies, the first being Best Buy because I had had a good experience with the Geek Squad in the past, but they said they had to «send it out» which made me nervous. A couple of other smaller companies told me they were afraid to open it and I should by a new one.
Anyway, I brought it to Computer Smart Solutions. Pedro, the owner, was out of the office but there was a number on the door to call, which I did and he was there within 15 minutes. He took my laptop and told me one of his technicians, Lyle, would be able to get to it the next day. Lyle called me the next day with an assessment and estimated price, he needed to order a new fan. Within a week I had my computer back and the cost was less than the estimate.
