Cinamon & Hubley, DMD

I’ve been meaning to share my experience for a year or two now, but kept forgetting. I just went to another dentist who reminded me of why I left.
I came to Cinnamon & Hubley for a first checkup and X-​rays. I was told I had 12 or 13 cavities that needed filling. I have an awful fear of cavities being filled anyway and needed xanax. I had 3 or 4 fillings done before I said forget it… I couldn’t handle that many. Plus the cost was too high. A few months later I went to a dentist in Boston for a 6 month cleaning. She didn’t find a single cavity! I wasn’t sure who to believe, but I went with her because I had no pain in my teeth. 6 months later I moved to San Diego and saw a new dentist who did X-​rays and an exam… guess what! No cavities. I’ve now seen 2 other dentists who told me I have no cavities, when this place told me I had 13! He even went over my X-​rays with me and «showed» me where they were. WATCH OUT! It’s a scam. Where to begin… I am gonna start off with service as I always do in my descriptions of medical/​dental work.
Front Desk Staff: Amazing polite… I don’t know that I have seen a group of people doing what they do be so genuine.
Dr. Cinamon: Well not only can I not say anything bad about his service all I can really do is praise it. It is a rare occasion that it is hard to find something wrong our out of place with a doctor. So good that I got my fiancée over to his office, after seeing her dentist for a quite a while she went to Dr. Cinamon where we uncovered some crazy surprises, thankfully sooner than later.
Overall I would say that to be a good dentist you have to have the ability to have a personality, it is by far one of the worst professions to be in if you want people to like you. Maybe its just a bad rap from every other dentist that can’t seem to get the job done right. Dr. Cinamon on the other hand is great a cracking a joke and making you feel comfortable. I don’t know that I would trust anyone else in the quality that he puts into his work. I have even switched insurance and end up paying that little extra to get his quality. I would say that the 5 star rating doesn’t apply here as to truly describe him, I would have to give out 10 stars.
