the absolute worst! my daughter has been very sick mri cat scans etc passed out at work saturday could not get an appointment until today. they called 23 minutes before the appt and asked why I had cancelled /​? I (a widow with 4 kids) said I did not cancel I changed my whole day around so we could come. She said hold on… after 10 minutes on hold she came back and said… yes we know you have an appt. but the person who booked it gave you an appt that does not exist! you can come in and see a nurse practioner if you wish… are you kidding me! love the nurses but REALLY??? so I said fine. the best part is when thought about it for a few minutes, i called back I was upset i was saying to my daughter screw them I am so upset… had not realized they anserwed the phone, the phone was then silent. I called back and asked if was the person I had spoken to 20 minutes ago… she said …” no but i am the person who listened to you bitch us out while you did not know we were on the phone!!! So rude! they cancelled .lied and were rude!!! we canelled! found a new doctor. keep in mind this all happend 1 hour ago so I am stilll beyond angry! you cant make this shit up!

Our son and daughter both see Dr. Chris. He is incredibly kind and patient. He never rushes us and encourages questions. We moved to Foxboro from NYC and miss (ed) our pediatrician there terribly. Upon the first visit with Dr. Chris, we knew we were in good hands. Can’t say enough good things about him!

A friend recommended this place, and I’ve met many people who have kids that have been going here for years.
The doctor we have is excellent. We met with him prior to the birth of our son and he answered all our questions. The nurses, staff and people who answer the phones have always been helpful, friendly and sympathetic.
Extra points go for the fact that they have a doctor on duty at one of the two locations during weekends and holidays. More points for having a walk in clinic during mornings.

My boys have been going here for the last ten years and we have been very happy with the pediatrician they see. He’s a very pleasant doctor who is very good with children with special needs. Plus their staff is nice as well.
