BEWARE: I don’t really complain about mistakes because everybody makes them but this was completely out of context. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could just simply write a reveiw without rating. My family and I love Taco Bell but I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. Especially after their EXTREMELY rude customer service and«management». I took my son there for breakfast before school and we went through the drive through. When we were trying to order, the 1st «manager» completely rushed me through my order and was rude. We had got to the window and it took her another 10 mins to get my food to me and I was the only vehicle in the drive through at this time. It took her an extra 5 mins to get me my food. I had ordered and breakfast crunchwrap with sausage, hashbrown, cinnabons, and just a plain bacon and egg burrito and pink lemonade. We got halfway down the road and I went to eat my crunchwrap and it was filled with bacon. We turned around to go back and I went to bite into my hasbrown for the time being and I spit it out. It was as cold as ice, rubbery, and tasted extremely stale like it was sitting out for 2 hours. I got there and the 1st «manager» walked over to me and I told her that I oreder a «breakfast crunchwrap with sausage» and before I could even tell her about the hashbrown, she completely cut me off and started to walk away and yelled back to the 2nd «manager» that she needed a «sausage scrambler». Not even what I ordered. I waited patiently for another 5 mins for them to give me another wrong order. I had then asked for a manager and the 2nd «manager» said that they were both«managers». So I began to to explain to her about my hasbrown and crunchwrap and how the 1st «manager» treated me. She looked at me like I was lieing about my order and the 1st «manager». I went to my vehicle to get the receipt and showed her my receipt and what I had ordered. I swear I needed to spell it out for her. When I told her about the hasbrown, she said she had just took it out of the hot oil. It took them 3 times to give me what I ordered in the first place. If that’s how they«value» their customers then they need to be shut down. I’m a manager myself and I make sure my employees and I «value» our customers. If they have a problem, we will go out of our way to make them happy even if the customers get out of line by cussing and screaming at us. I wasn’t even being loud or obnoxious. NEVERAGAIN!!!

It’s a Taco Bell, so I wasn’t exactly expecting greatness if I’m being honest. It was clean, and the staff was really friendly but they were out of straws which was… Well, weird and inconvenient. I mean, I get that crap happens but who dropped the ball on straws? It’s not a huge deal but it made it impossible to enjoy my beverage while driving. Other than that, it was average and just fine.

I will never go to this Taco Bell again or any Taco Bell ever again for that matter! The lady at the register was gagging and covering her mouth while she took our order. Once done I looked over and she was vomiting in the trash at the register while someone walked in to place their order. She then wiped her mouth and took the mans order, touching the register screen. She continued to vomit at the register, I eventually couldn’t take it anymore and told her to go to the bathroom because that was so fucking disgusting! We eventually told them to put our food to go instead. I had to warn the next cashier that she was puking, wiping her mouth and touching the screen she was about to touch. DISGUSTING!

Just your typical, run of the mill Taco Bell. Nice clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. I usually use the Taco Bell app to order and they’ve only messed my order up once so far. They did make it right though.

They seem to have lost their way, provably around the time they got rid of Spanish rice and downgraded the meat quality 2 years ago. I often get hoof fragments in the burritos now, or some other bone shard. Seriously. Chef Lorena Garcia tried to upscale cheap tacos but did so badly. Career ender for her I think. Her Cantina Bell menu is inedible. I think it’s curtains for The Bell. Too bad. Basic taco used to cost 39¢, good for young teens, but now it’s $ 1.49, though quality went DOWN! It’s not all about bottom-line profit-margins, TB. Losing customers fast. Caveat emptor.

Foods ok but I’m not much into fake Mexican food, I’m not much into any Mexican food but definitely not Taco Bell. If you want good Mexican food there is a tiny place in the king scoopers parking lot on south academy that is so much better. I can’t remember their name but they have great horchata lol. There’s also a tiny mom and pop place in fountain beside 7– eleven on 85⁄87 right off I25, that’s fantastic. Forgo all these major chain places and really your taste buds will approve.
