I recently pursed a new truck, and needed a new Shank for my tow hitch.(the«L» piece bolted into the ball”) As the new truck is larger that the old. I was going to make use of the old shank long enough to tow my trailer down to Camping World in Fountain CO. I called to confirm that they would have a shank available. I was placed on the phone with a gentleman calling him self«MACK». I Informed him of the situation and that I would be willing to tow my trailer down there, if some one could help me with the measurements and install the new shank. This job in total probably would take 15 min total as there is just 2 bolts that needed to be swapped.(I have done this on my old shank in order to get more clearance for the trailer with hopes of towing it down there and getting some help) MACK informed that they would be to busy to help and that I would be unable to get help until the 25th. More than 2 weeks away! I advised him that it was just 2 bolts and that I would be willing to help with the process. I advised him that the issue is my drive way is not level, and I need to make sure that everything is level for the tow. He informed me again how busy they were and would not be willing to help. I work in customer service and would have at least offered the customer to come down and resolve the situation in some way. I wasn’t asking for major service. I would understand the wait if I had asked for something major. A warning to all whom buy from here if they are this unwilling to help on something minor imagine how it would be to get help with something major. I personally will not be buying anything from them in the future.

This really deserves 0 stars. My parents drove from Denver to Colorado Springs with the intention of purchasing a motorhome. They drove two hours with a teething baby to find the RV of their dreams. When they got there, the salesman refused to show them anything! Nothing!!! Why? Because he just lost both of his legs? The motorhomes had all burnt to the ground? Nope! It was raining. Yep, water falling from the sky. Apparently, not melting in the rain was more important than making the sale. This is awful business practice and if this is how your salesmen are going to work, you should probably shut down on any days that aren’t 80 degrees and sunny.

After a white knuckle experience in a unsafe Camping World RV, I stopped in this location on our way back home to get the tire pressure checked and the air ride suspension checked. These guys where great they aired up the low tire and aired up the air ride suspension. Thank You.

We’ve been in Camping World stores across the country and this one seemed to be better stocked than most. But, despite numerous employees walking past us as we wandered about the store, only one asked if she could help us with anything. As it turns out, she was not able to answer our questions about satellite dishes anyway. When we got to the checkout counter it turns out that our membership information was missing. Our clerk made a phone call and got it all straightened out but had no explanation for the glitch in their computer system. Overall, this seems to be a pretty good Camping World but it still has lots of room to improve.

Always really helpful and friendly. Well stocked with all the RV supplies you could ever want. What else could an RVer need?
