I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come open the restroom and had to leave because no one came. I will be reporting this branch to corporate. Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere
I don’t write reviews but had to make one for this poor excuse of a business.

Just left the pharmacy department. the male clerk who helped tried to push 2 different shots and wanted me to consider changing insurance. 3 different things. All I wanted to do was get in and out. And he was pushing the elderly gentleman to change from CVS to walgreens. The man said no but he kept pushing. This place is rude.
Arg… hate this.

Horrifying customer service. We needed passport photos taken and the man who was assisting us called customer service to the photo center twice to no avail, so he had to help. His terrible attitude and lack of professionalism/​response made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave the store to wait in the car while my partner waited to pay for the passport photos. I hope he finds a better job, because this one is clearly greatly draining him. Needless to say, we look like hung over miserable convicts in our passport photos.

This pharmacy is a joke every time I come here they have a problem with something so I have to wait longer. you should just tell someone come back in 3 hours if you can’t do their prescription in the 30 minute time frame provided. They need to hire another person to work so they can work at a regular lack of care for rush or customer service.

I was on a quick trip to Southern California and I forget my medication. I ran into this Walgreens and explained my situation. Without any fuss (and within approx 3 minutes), the pharmacist handed me over an emergency 5 day supply. Now, I’m not sure if this is standard Walgreens policy, but I was very impressed, satisfied, and grateful. The staff at the pharmacy was exceedingly friendly and efficient.

JOHN is the best employee walgreens has. By far the best I’ve ever encountered. He always says hi with such a upbeat tone. Very quick at getting everyone rung up but not without being sure to check their coupon book for extra savings. He does this every time and saves us a few bucks without us even asking. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Walgreens needs more employees like john

One star for THE PHARMACY ASSISTANT. Drove by and then decide to come in for running nose Zyrtec-​D. There is a pharmacy assistant girl, who has long, red hair, tattoo on her arms, has 5 rings on each ear, 5-​inches long finger nails with flowers and fake diamond on each of the finger nail, must have a stick up in her butt. She is no helpful, unprofessional, never said hi, nor said thank you to any patients there including me. I don’t care how you look but please have a professional attitude when working in a professional field. What kind of attitude is that? The manager pharmacist must pick her up from the swap meat market to work there. Unacceptable for unprofessional-​attitude-​worker work in a professional field. PERIODS. Will never ever come back.

Anywho, service:
I asked for assistance to fine it.
The register guy asked his associate to help me at cosmetic section.
She came along & said they didnt have it. She checked the system, said not sold in store.
So my question is, «Would someone pay 4.99 plus tax for the item online & pay shipping?»
Anywho. I give a 4 star for having the girl assist me.

So I called to see if they carried an OTC Item and the Pharmacy transferred me to the store for stock check. I waited for 10 minute and no one picks up. Pharmacy picks up the phone again and make me wait some more. Look… I know how busy it gets during the week days and its not that busy. I’ve gone into the store during the week where there is only 2 customers including me before. Even at it’s worse, I am sure they can pick up the phone to at least acknowledge my existence.
Well… I decided to call another NON Walgreen store down the street, which the Pharmacy staff quickly told me they have it in stock. Guess what? I bought my OTC item at a different store. You lost your own business and its absolutely the fault of your staff.
I had gone into the pharmacy and waited in line when I know there shouldn’t be a line. Look… there isn’t a lot of people but I watched how slowly these staff work the windows and the line built up because of how slowly they move their body as they worked. I’ve also seen how other Non Walgreens stores work their lines and its much more efficient.
I don’t care if you waste your own time, but I do care when you waste mine!

Don’t think I’ve ever experience superior customer service ever at a Walgreens. However I come here because it’s convenient and close to wear I live.
I only come here to pick up my prescribed medication from the doctors or to develop photos. It’s a clean facility and it gets the job for my needs.

Came here Thanksgiving Day with my gf and her friend since her friend is a hardcore deal hunter and had a bunch of coupons to use here. The store was a mess when I first walked in with stuff on the floor and everywhere. There seemed to be a LOT of people there compared to how many cars were in the parking lot. Lines were long because people had CARTFULLS of stuff and had to pay in multiple transactions due to coupon restrictions. I walked around a bit to see what deals they had and nothing was really amazing. There were just a lot cheap useless things like Advil PM which nobody uses anyways. We were there for about 45min-​1hour and we were able to get probably around 25 – 30 dollars worth of stuff for about 10 bucks which I guess was pretty good. I was surprised at how patient the cashiers were because tons of people were throwing stuff on the counters and scrambling through their wallets for coupons and the cashiers were all smiles throughout the whole process. great job!

I often opt for Rite Aid but sometimes Walgreens’s deals are a little better and you can ALWAYS return something if it isn’t exactly what you wanted. Gift card selection is often more vast than Rite Aid also.

Has a couple of very unprofessional employees. Some are lazy, don’t even seem decently educated, and walk around the store snacking wth. One of the asian managers doesn’t seem all too professional either, she was a little passive/​aggressive with me my last visit. Sheesh, dbags :\

Came here a few weeks ago to pick up some nailpolish and a new nail file. The girl at the cash register didn’t know how to ring up the nail file or something and kept calling to another girl from across the store to come over, even though she was busy helping another customer. And she kept saying to me «Gosh she keeps talking to her» –_​– well. Yeah. The other customer needs her help.
Then when she finally figured out how to ring it up, she needed to know the price of the nail file. She asked me if I remembered it, I didn’t. Then she actually had the audacity to ask me to go back to check the price. WTF??? I’m the customer. You’re the employee. YOU GO F*CKING CHECK!!! –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​– What are they paying you to do!!!
I can’t stand incompetent and lazy people.

They just opened this location about a week ago and I am in love. I loved Walgreens before, but when I walked in and not only did they have Diet Coke, but Benson & Hedges on SALE, I knew we’d grow to be life long friends. Every time I go in there’s someone different working, but I’m determined to get them to all know me [it’s hard to get my ID out of my wallet every time I’m carded], and everyone is really nice and friendly and laugh when I get all giddy for saving a few bucks. I work next door at Fresh & Easy so I usually pop in every few days to restock on anything I need. The store is clean and brand new, not too big, and has just about everything I need. It’s corporate love at its best!
