Tektronic Audio Video

My experience here at Tektronics was fine. I only bought a rice cooker. I neither need, nor do I want a TV.
I had no problem with the workers, however I can understand if the workers want to try hard to make a sale. There’s almost no one else on the store when you visit.
I was driving around shopping for a new rice cooker. Well, Tektronic has Tiger, Panasonic rice cookers, teeny tiny generic rice cookers… They actually have more rice cookers being sold here than I’ve ever seen in any store. Who knew?! Not me.
Google shopping and Amazon had the same brand and model number rice cookers. However this store sold their items for less. My mind was made up. No paying for shipping and no waiting for my item to arrive. While at Tektronic, I bought a Tiger rice cooker that was made in Japan.

The eletronics are overly priced and the workers, including the manager — Harris, are rude and disrepectful to the max. Apparently my mother decide to buy an antenna and he sold an DTV Antenna from Korea that costed $ 69. When I found out, I knew she was ripped off by those «Asian» workers because I bought a generic HDTV Antenna 1080p at target for $ 21. Therefore, I decided to call and ask a couple questions about the device, and when I mentioned about my mother buying an antenna earlier that afternoon, the associate became extremely rude and aggressive and told me I needed to talk to the manager and before he put me on hold he started to cuss about me to the manager. Professionally, he should have waited after I was put on hold before swearing about me to the manager. The manager came on the phone a minute later and was really defensive before hearing anything I had to say. He was rude, disrespectful, an aggressive. I was not able to even complete a complete sentence before he interrupted me every single time. I was trying to ask if he could refund my mother’s money back for the DTV Antenna because she made a mistake and I was being very polite. Since he was making a fuss over the phone I asked him if I could come in and talk to him in person. He started to yell and hung up the phone before I could say another word. So, I brought my brother in law with me to the shop. When I walked in he acted very nice and when I mentioned that I talk to him a few minutes ago on the phone, he became very aggressive and rude. I am not sure if he was scares because I came with my brother in law or he was just rude in general. He gave me back the refund without any other questions, but made a fuss the whole entire time when he was getting the refund for me. I said thank you, then I left.
This store probably rip people off who no nothing about eletronics. The people there are unethical salesperson. I do not recommend anybody going here.

Worst place ever to get cheap appliances. They are very uncooperative to help you with your questions when they were the one who made the mistake! I had come in to buy a rice cooker and there was a rebate offer that was going on at the time. They had put in the wrong date on the receipt! They put the day before the rebate had started! I had called them and come into the store several times asking for updates and they neglected to do so. They will just keep saying that they are working on it or that the «sales representative hasn’t come in yet.» Don’t expect to get any answers out of them unless you continuously hassel them for answers. They have the worst customer service and worst salesmen! I will never come back to this place nor will I ever recommend this location to any of my friends or family. You have been warned! They are NOT worth your time and money!
