They have a sorry excuse for a salad bar and poor customer service.

I had the most coolest kid take my order. His name was edward and he was on his game. He knew what he was doing, was funny, made suggestions and had a great personality. The food was sooo good too.

Really debated whether to give this Round Table 2 or 3 stars… I’d like to give them 2.5 stars, but in the end decided they are closer to 2 stars than 3.
We stopped here for dinner a couple Friday nights ago. We used to come here years ago when we lived in the area, but hadn’t been in a pretty long time.
First impression: this Round Table has gotten pretty divey. Overall looked worn out and tired, and not as clean as I’d like: a couple tables still had to be cleared, and the floor needed a good sweeping.
But, what the heck, we always liked RT pizza so decided to stay.
Second impression: they have no wine. I like beer, but my wife prefers wine. I’ve never been to a sit down pizza restaurant that didn’t have wine. But not this place. Not even boxed wine. Okay, so my wife’s a trooper and we get a pitcher of beer. The beer is fine, good and cold.
Third impression: the pizza! The main reason we came here. Now, RT pizza was never «great» pizza, but it was always decent, and we always liked in the past. Luckily, the pizza we had here recently was pretty much in keeping with what we remembered. Good pizza, we enjoyed.
Summary: Pizza was good, but this place really seems best for a divey pizza and beer experience. The location itself is in a good strip mall with lots of parking, but the restaurant just seems very tired. Even things like the plates and forks/​knives all seemed like they should have been retired and replaced long ago.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! The sign is on outside OPEN but we are being refused service. I can’t believe they would higher management that’s making the business lose revenue. What kind of crap is that?! I will never return here again!

Round Table is my favorite chain pizza place. This Round Table is just terrible with customer service. This last experience has made us decide to not ever go back to this location.
It was 9:15pm and the doors were locked. There was another gentlemen knocking on the door and trying to get someone to open the door. It says they close at 10p.m. so there was no reason why it should be locked. My husband and this guy are both knocking on the door, while there is some guy inside cleaning and ignoring them. The other customer called the store to have them open it. The guy that was ignoring them was actually the supervisor. He said that they are open. Initially, I was waiting in the car with my son but my son wanted to go in the restaurant. Another lady customer went to open the door and it was locked… again! I went up to the door and told her that it was open but you had to knock. The supervisor guy was right in front of the door and saw us was but was ignoring us. The lady thought they were closed and was starting to leave but I called my husband to unlock the door. She asked the supervisor if they were still open and he said yes. Why would you lock the door and ignore customers then? So rude. Anyways on to the food…
The pizza was not good this time. You can tell they rushed and half assed it because the toppings looked like they were thrown on and concentrated in one area than spread out on the pizza. The cheese was not melted all the way… We asked the supervisor guy for some ranch, he gave us ONE ranch container… for a LARGE pizza. Well it was ok because the ranch tasted like thick salad ranch you buy from the market.
Overall, this store’s employees are not professional at all and upper management needs to hire new employees and a new supervisor. I can tell because there are a lot of bad reviews complaining about the rude service.

(TEAM PARTY) The pizza is good. But nothing to brag about. You call about have a team party and two managers say nothing about wearing uniforms we get a discount. The team gets her not in uniform and there is NO discount

Horrible buffet, dirty dishes at every table. Manager denied a request for chicken for my buddy Michael. Good luck to you if you need to use the bathroom. Had to shame to manager into cleaning the tables on our way out. Will not repeat, avoid at all costs!

I really like their specialty pizzas. The wings are decent. Good and quick customer service as well.

Maybe not the best pizza ever made, but definitely the best pizza chain, far better than Domino’s cardboard crust and Pizza Hut’s greasy sauceless airy mess.
From their deep dish King Arthur special to their thin crust Hawaiian, Round Table has all preferences covered with a zesty flavorful sauce and a pizza covered in your favorite toppings. Round Table doesn’t skimp on the toppings to cut prices like the other chains, so some people may complain about the price, but you get more in each slice, more flavor, more depth, and more toppings. This Round Table is always quick with the service and has yet to get my order wrong over the last several years. So if you want a quick and hearty flavorful pizza, come to Round Table. That’s this critic’s review.

I hate conniving owners/​employees (older mostly bald guy). I ordered by saying, «One buffet please.» He replied, «$ 8.88.» I gave him the money and he gave me a plate and a cup.
When I looked at the receipt, he added at $ 1.29 drink WITHOUT ASKING. Jerk.
There are also no clean plates at the buffet. People go up with their dirty plates constantly. Disgusting. I tried getting a clean plate and they made it very difficult so no wonder everyone goes up w their old plate.
A number of other customer service issues here were off putting. I’m NEVER coming back to this location.

I love round table pizza, they deliver to both my home and my office. I still think Pizza Hut has better bread Stix but the pizza is still the best take out pizza I’ve ever had.

Isn’t the cheapest, but it sure is good. If you’ve never had it, you gotta try it!

Where to start? The place is old and dirty. Went in for the lunch buffet and they didn’t have any forks. I asked for a fork and the guy behind the counter said they didn’t have any clean ones. I looked at my salad and then looked back into the blank stare of the gentleman behind the counter. He didn’t even offer to get me one. I asked for the manager and he went and found some «clean» forks. They didn’t offer clean plates after each trip to the buffet table which I believe is a direct violation of Orange County Health code. Half of the sodas lacked syrup. Then we waited, and waited, and waited for them to bring out new pizzas. Horrible service, dirty conditions, lackluster customer service. Thus 1 lonely star for this sad Round Table. Pass and hit up Lampost Pizza up the street.

Old guy in here that I assume is management is super rude and has a stare down problem to make your experience uncomfortable just plain bad! Not very professional at all, i don’t recommend this location at all. Disappointed to see the franchise hire a guy like him.

My friend and i stopped by RTP for a lunch on Sunday afternoon. Pizzas are bit over priced but worth to eat here. Our overall impression? Pretty good but not Perfect.
We ordered Caeser salad and decided to split King Arthur’s supreme pizza. The salad came quickly after we placed the order. it was little heavy but good. The pizza took little long which i thought was OK. When the pizza arrived it was delicious all the way and we enjoyed toppings which were plentiful and fresh. The Crust was well made.
Overall a pretty good experience. I will say definitely worth a stop if you are in mood to go for quality Pizza.

I can’t believe I have to write a one star review on my favorite pizza place. Let me start by saying I’ve been a customer of this location for more than 25 years and was a previously employee here. Typically I get great service. Tonight we did not! I called in a phone order which they repeated back to me correctly. My wife goes to pick up the pizza and it was made wrong. They put pineapple on the wrong half of the pizza. They offer to remake the pizza. Great. My wife waits for the remade pizza. «Remade» pizza is ready. My wife checks the pizza and sees little pieces of pineapple on the wrong half. She directly asks the employee if they just picked off the pineapple. He admits they did. My wife has to insist that they remake the pizza. The employee rolls his eyes at my wife and stomps off to remake the pizza. I called and asked for the manager. I spoke with a kid named Cody I believe. I explained the situation and he didn’t see the issue. We ended up waiting for over 45 minutes to get a correct pizza. No apology was offered. No discount offered. Just a bunch of attitude from the manager and staff there tonight. Upper management should take a serious look at who they have representing their brand at this location before they run it into the ground. Not happy!
Update:
After getting the remade remade pizza home. It was terrible! Pizza was supposed to be lightly sauced… it was heavily sauced with obvious extra sauce. Pizza was undercooked to the point the veggies were crisp and the crust was soggy! In the 25 plus years of enjoying pizza from this location I have never had such a terrible experience… horrible service and horrible pizza. I think it’s time to find a new Round Table location to buy from.

I get it. Its a pizza chain and i don’t expect good service. Ive been here multiple times the service is average. I state my name and my number pick up the pizza and leave.
I have round table else where because my bf like this pizza. Let me tell you this round table stack their toppings. The ones in LA looks like theres a drought. The artichoke was minimal amount. I wished I can take a picture and compare.
Remember this round table always have coupons online. So dont forget to print it out.

Called in to get details on lunch all you can eat buffet and the person was rude. I figured he was not having a good day so I brushed it off.
This was my first time at Round Table and I’ve only heard good things about it. Clearly I should’ve read the Unilocal reviews ’cause this place is less than ordinary. First off price was $ 6.99+$ 1.72-ish (self-​serve charge). What the heck? There were barely any pizza at the self serve. The bread twist was okay. I didn’t see any marinara sauce anywhere. There was a fruit fly on the tomatoes at the salad bar. Plates were left on all the tables from previous customers.
This place needs major changes in customer service.
I don’t think I’ll come back to Round Table. I’ll stick to Costco or Sam’s Club.

Round Table is Located in the Stater bro’s Parking Lot.
So my Buddy who LOVES Lamppost Pizza in Fountain Valley wanted to do Lamppost again and I’m like come on bro can we like go somewhere that has good pizza. So he lands on Round Table which is funny because I don’t consider Round Table to be good pizza. I mean frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better then this place. I don’t know what’s wrong with my friends taste buds but he obviously doesn’t know good pizza but I didn’t want to hear a bunch of noise so I meet him at Round Table.
The place is all run down and ghetto. I mean no one is in there. We were like their only customers around dinner time. There’s a reason for that. My buddy wanted to order some BBQ chicken pizza again and I put my foot down and said NO were are getting regular pepperoni pizza. I made him pay for the pizza and I bought the beer. Literally the beer tasted like flat horse piss and the pizza was nothing special. I mean it was okay but there was nothing that would want me to keep coming back. This place is perfect if you are White Trash and don’t care about quality or presentation. This is a place that like Randy Quad from Vegas Vacation would go to. Horrible!
So here is my Review Harsh but True!
Décor — Looks original. Needs a serious remodel
Customer Service — Outstanding since we were the only customer.
Price — Overpriced!
Quality — Between 1 and 10 id say 3 which isn’t saying much.
Salad Bar — Not Fresh that day.
Beer — Colored water.
This place needs Robert Irvine from Restaurants Impossible to come in and Revamp the place and make it into a legit place of business. I want Robert to taste the food and say CRAP, CRAP and more CRAP.

Tbh the pizzas are a bit pricy but its worth it in my opinion. Came here for a friends 18^th birthday and it was ok. The ultimeat was alright but the BBQ chicken pizza was the BOMB… I also order 6 wings and they smelled spicier than they actually tasted hahaha.
I have to admit this place looks so 90s but I still like it. Wooden furniture all around and sort of lonely when we went.
