Shaun the owner and this shop is absolutely amazon. He worked with my fiancé and made my ring from scratch until he loved it. When i wanted to change some things, he competely went out of his way to create a statement piece that was completely me by hand. I cant stop looking at it. He is so nice and sweet and fast too. You will not be disappointed and the prices are unbeatable and ye will work with you.

Had my watch repaired and was missing the metal bar within the links. They found the replacement piece and took 5 minutes which costs $ 10. Pricy for a tiny fix, but quick service.

This place is amazing. Me and my now wife were looking for rings and I heard about this place through a co worker so we went down there on a Sunday and they were closed. I called my friend who made a call and within 20 mins they were there! They treated us like kings and queens. Not only did they show us there vast selection they educated us from what kind of diamonds there were to the qualty etc. we were blown away. We couldn’t be more happier with the priceless memories we acquired. Big up to Nick v .!

Today I was around fountain valley and my wife called me about we invite to friend b-​day and we need to get a gift and no time to buy something nice so I search whatever around me and I got this store so I got there and they have more things then I thought and good prices so I got a gift. Long story short. I got beautiful earrings good price, best consumer service and I am ready for my friend party. Now waiting my wife to get ready lol. I brought in a custom wedding ring where I almost lost the diamond after the 6 prongs wore out. The store owner, Inna, couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, and suggested that the best solution was to replace the head, which was set in a unique low profile setting. Inna was able to locate a replacement head that exactly matched the original, and in about a week, I had a repaired wedding ring that looked virtually the same as what it looked like when it was new over 15 years ago. The service and professionalism was first class, and the price was more than fair. I had first shopped around at the larger franchise jewelers, and Prego easily beat all of their prices. Prego is located in a small strip mall at the north side of a large parking lot shared by Stater Bros. Inna suggested that the store prides itself as a local family owned jeweler serving Fountain Valley, but I’d highly recommend them to anyone who resides within the Orange County area.

Super friendly, fast and professional. I would totally recommend this place for people who need to alter or fix any jewelry. I have been going here for awhile now and their work is absolutely flawless and affordable. I have never had any problems with their services. I needed that perfect «make your wife cry» present for Christmas and found her engagement ring broken on a shelf, she apparently didn’t have the heart to tell me.
I took it to Prego’s on Saturday and Christmas was on Wednesday. They told me not to worry as I would have it in plenty of time even though they had other orders in ahead of mine. Nice people too!
True to their word they called me Tuesday and when I picked it up it looked better than when I originally purchased it… really. It is a platinum ring with a marquee cut 1 carrot amethyst stone surrounded by diamonds. When I originally purchased it the finish was a matte finish and they not only repaired the broken setting that held the stone but they also polished it. Very nice!
Needless to say, my wife cried and cried as she didn’t even notice that I had snatched it. It made for a most excellent Christmas and I owe a debt of thanks to the owners of Prego!

Was visiting family and my wife’s ring that i had custom made in San Francisco fell off her finger and broke. My Wife who was in tears and me thinking no one but the jeweler who made the ring is gonna be able to fix it and worried that our trip is ruined took the ring in to a jeweler recommended by the neighbor where we were staying they were able to fix the ring while waited and better then the ring looked before thanks.
