The glass bowl sink broke on a vanity(when nobody was home) and declined to replace it. There stuff is super cheap and not made in the USA. They lost me as a customer and after seeing this will lose 10 to 20 more.

We had almost a $ 20K order and were happy with the experience up until we found out that the sink faucets did not have sprayers. We worked with Tony who showed us these faucets in the show room and specifically showed me how to use the sprayer. We purchased two of them and then realized after they were installed, they were not the ones with the sprayer. Tony’s response when we called was, there is nothing I can do because it was already installed. We emailed a few times and then he just ignored our last response. It’s really too bad he couldn’t do anything because we would have been a big repeat customer as we remodel homes. Watch out for what you buy here — there might be some misrepresentation of products.

Unilocal needs to fix the rating system because I’m trying to give this place half a star for the way they treat their customers. I bought a Nice double sink vanity from them last week and it got delivered fine. The guys said to check to see if it was broken and it wasn’t. The marble face was turned upside down so I could not see the other side. Once we installed it, we found t large scratches, almost like cracks in the marble top. I called to tell them about this and they blamed it on the guys that installed it and won’t do anything about it. This place is horrible. Very very disappointed in their product and they way they talked to me afterwards.

RenRen C’s review was exactly my same experience. I was not acknowledged and no one helped me. Many great stuff in here, but no service no purchase. Simple as that. I also noticed that people gave this place got a lot of 5 stars and a lot of 1 stars. Seems to me that the owner only replied to the 5 star reviews which means they only cater to the people that like them. I suggest you read them all before coming in here.

I looked online and liked some of their stuff, so I went in-store to check the quality of the products. Walked in and I was the only one at the store. The two employees at the desk totally saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me at all. I was literally the only customer at the store at that time and they couldn’t even say«hi» or «can we help you with anything?» If that’s their customer service, I really didn’t want to spend money there for two complete bathroom remodels. And, some of the bathroom vanities were chipping, so I figured that it wouldn’t hold up well with two kids in our home.

The only helpful person here has been Brian. Given that, do not deal with the Persian guy. He lied about delivery times and when I told him the estimated delivery date we were provided he said it was MY misunderstanding and I was wrong and mistaken. Would not let me cancel our $ 4000+ order. They told us it would ship in 2 weeks and we have been waiting almost 4 weeks now and every time I call they push the date. No idea when it will come. I ordered vanity mirrors here previously and they arrived damaged. When I talked to the Persian guy his initial response was«What do you want me to do about it? It shipped from a warehouse somewhere else.» Also, the biggest discount they will give you is 10%. No idea why the 70% discount picture is posted first.

2 ½ years ago we purchased a shower from this company. It was a good looking shower, that fit in just nicely in our brand new re-designed bathroom. Had some nice features, and the price was very low. Last week, the shower head BROKEOFF. Literally. The little connector between the shower head and the pipe, CORRODED, and broke off. Hit me in the head while taking a shower !!! My contractor called them and they said they have discontinued the model, and I’m on my own, as far as replacing /fixing it. I bought a rain-shower head from Home Depot, replaced it, everything seemed OK. Then 2 days later, water started coming out at the top and bottom of the shower body. I opened it up, and found out that one of the internal hoses, going from the valve to the shower head, popped out and the water was spilling all inside the body. Now I have to take the whole shower body off the wall, re-attach the hose back, and re-install. What a nightmare. No wonder they don’t carry it anymore. The thing is falling apart. Never going to buy from them again.

I comparison-shopped my vanity and linen closet set(from Avanity) online, and Modern Bathroom actually had the best price, even with state tax included. I called the store to make sure my items were in stock, asked about turnaround time, and placed the order directly with Vic. Afterwards, I googled the Modern Bathroom store and was horrified by the negative Unilocal reviews. I immediately emailed Vic, who assured me that I would be pleased with both service and product. I was still nervous, but in less than 1 week my furniture arrived in perfect condition. Vic was also an excellent email communicator. Very pleased with products and customer service.

If it were possible to give this merchant less than zero stars I would have done so. I ordered two complete vanities from this company after being assured both were in stock. They shipped one and it arrived after 7:00 p. m [two hours past the four hour window period for delivery] When I called to ask about the second vanity that was supposed to have also been sent at the same time I was told rudely that it was back ordered. When I finally got an email that it had shipped a week later, it said it could take 6 to 8 more working day and when I called to ask why this extended delay since we had a contractor holding up the entire remodel for the vanity the customer service representative was so rude and condescending that I will never shop with this company again and will post everywhere I can to let people know just how poor their service and follow up actually is.
