Came back today and gotta say that the first visit wasn’t just a fluke. Once again I was greeted by two very kind ladies Melissa and Lauren. Very patient as my sister and I decided what we wanted. The cranberry craze was AMAZING! Can’t recommend it enough. Also joined the Eclub which is an awesome idea. Keep up the fantastic job, because it truly shows how much they want to provide great service.

One of your employees was so helpful while I was in Juice it up the other day. His name was Brandon. He was patient while our group figured out what we wanted, and some changed their minds, and very knowledgeable of your menu. It’s rare to get such customer service these days when kids are always on their phones, but Brandon was focused on the customer and went out of his way to make sure we were all happy with our choices. We will return for this kind of service!

I have been juicing for many years and I like to switch up where I get my juice if I don’t have time to make it at home. I like juice it up as you can select a base juice. You have many choices including apple, carrot, cucumber and then you select 5 juices to go along with your base. I enjoy getting cucumber as a base then adding apple, ginger, lemon, beet and kale. Makes for a great combo and it’s not too sweet. The large is 32 ounces, so it’s a pretty good drink that can last you throughout the day. I just add extra ice after I get my juice. They also have acai bowls, smoothies and different protein bars if you if you don’t want the fresh juice.

I ordered the pirate passion bowl and asked to replace the bananas inside with some spinach and kale, but he said it would be an extra 50 cent charge. Most places replace items free of charge. So I said that was fine, but since you’re going to charge me any way i said to leave the bananas. I thought he understood me, but in the end I didn’t get any bananas on my bowl and it was slightly watery. My sister ordered some type of juice, she asked to get it in a bigger cup with extra ice and he said that would be an extra 25 cents. Okay. The drink comes out with barely any ice at all. The guy was really nice tho, which is why I’m giving three stars.

After an exhausting day at work I came into Juice It Up with a negative energy but the worker name Veronica changed my mood completely. It was my first time trying juice it up and she was so helpful recommending all the great juices/smoothies. With her help I got the detoxifier, which I loved and will definitely come back for. I appreciate workers like Veronica who are so helpful.

This review is for the staff. I’ve come to this place many times over the passed year and the morning employee is very good about remembering exactly what I like each time. I like the small-town feel of something like that. Smoothies are good too!

Disappointed. Ordered a medium at $ 7.25 and for it to be over ice in the larger cup. They said they had to charge me an additional .25 cents — for the cup, not more juice, lol. Seems kinda silly to me. Nekter and Robeks don’t charge to do that and simply offer it and also offer a rewards program, this making them less expensive. There’s really no advantage for me to return here. It was simply on my way to where I was headed. Won’t be back.

Stay away from the bowls here. The Acai bowl did not taste like an Acai bowl. It melted really fast and was really watery. Felt like I was eating a watered down smoothie with my spoon where I had to slurp it. The taste was off and had maybe 5 or 6 thinly sliced pieces of bananas on top as toppings. I paid $ 7.45 for it and it was definitely not worth it at all. Stick to the juices if you come here.

I was craving an acai bowl and don’t want to drive to HB to get a Banzai Bowl. The bowl was ok but for an «Ultimate BERRYBowl» I only got one sliced strawberry… Um that’s just sad. The bowl was a nice size. But the toppings were sparse and gone while more than half the bowl was left. It’s an ok substitute, but I think I’ll stick with other places for acai bowls.

White Gummy Bear Smoothie with a side of a Wheat Grass Shot. Take the Wheat Grass Shot first, then drink the smoothie. This is one of my favorite smoothies here. The employee was super chill and sweet. Made everything really fast and it tasted bomb.

Amazing service. Didnt catch the guy’s name but he was so helpful with suggestions and everyone was happy with their choices. I got the kale smoothie and it was good but I didnt like how there was sherbet in it. I think next time I would order their juices instead of the smoothies. If you like sherbet then the smoothies with the sherbets are a good choice. Smoothies are still good nonetheless but just not for me. I like the variety that they have here compared to jamba. I would definitely return just because the flavors are unique and the service is great.

— Gluttony Expedition — The Hawaiian acai bowl: Banana, sugar coated coconut bits and honey on top of acai. The acai was kinda like a little melted smoothie. The flavor of acai was kinda weak. «Acai Republic» in Tustin offers very solid and flavorful acai for the bowls. $ 6.95 for this was a total let down. — Conqueror’s Deduction — I don’t like their acai bowl at all. I’ll get smoothies or juice anytime here, but not the acai bowl.

First off I was pretty skeptical about this place. I’m always very wary of places that tout that they are super healthy especially when it comes to places that serve smoothies and such. Why? Because a lot of these places are just calorie bombs and then your hungry again in 15 minutes so then you end up eating something else and pretty soon you’ve gone into oblivion. I ended up thinking this place is okay though at the end only because the Acai Mayan bowl that I ordered ended up making me so full for quite a while! But my husband and daughter who ordered smoothies didn’t have the same luck. They both had to eat again within the hour because they were starving. Ha! Too funny! This is a nice clean place but unfortunately there was only one person working there when we arrived and even though the line wasn’t very long it takes quite a while for one person to be making the smoothies and the Acai bowls with all the different ingredients so don’t expect to be in and out super quick which is unfortunately a luxury I always seem to want. The Acai bowls all seem to range within the 700 calorie mark for their 16 oz. size. I didn’t see another size option so I reluctantly ordered it. Like I said though this ended up being really filling for me so that was a plus. I must say I do really like the idea behind this place but I honestly wouldn’t be eating here everyday. I will say this though Juice it up does have some interesting things that I would like to try such as their wheatgrass shots and they have a Pina Colada smoothie I would really like to try. One final note: They also sell a small selection of protein bars and Pop Chips and there is limited seating inside the actual shop, it’s a pretty small place. There is some outdoor seating but if it were to get too crowded you would probably be out of luck as far as being seated goes. On the bright side, there seemed to be plenty of parking!
