Purchased a bedroom set and have nothing but issues with this company. After a few month delay in getting our set to us because all the pieces had damage, they finally sent it out. When we got it it was damaged. I called while the delivery driver was still here and Joe advised to me keep the damaged dresser and he would send out a new one that week and have this one picked up. Fast forward weeks… Joe says they can’t get that piece anywhere so we would be willing to refund me $ 92 of the $ 400 dresser! I said that is unacceptable and he said my other option was to destroy it and send him pictures and then he would refund my money. They never answer my calls and sometimes they email me one lined emails. Called me bank to tell them what was going on and to get a chargeback. They are now taking care of it for us because this company is nothing but a nightmare! Now we have a bedroom set with a damaged dresser we can’t find anywhere. Hopefully, the bank will get us our money back! Otherwise, we are out $ 400 and still have to buy a dresser to match the rest of our set. DONOTBUYFROMTHISCOMPANY!!!

3÷22÷12 update I have to report they are as good as their word. I reported to them the dimension discrepancies. They refunded 10% of the purchase with the promise of the possibility of more depending on what information the manufacturer comes back with. I can recommend them with confidence. —— 3÷15÷12 Took a risk and bought a reclining sofa with connecting lounge on-line, first finding the sofa on eBay but purchasing on an invoice rather than eBay. I made several calls to them before deciding to purchase because of fact we could not sit on and try it out for comfort first. The recliner is a wall hugger and the pieces connect together so they don’t move apart. It was a great price and I was assured it was comfortable. I specifically said the cushions needed to sit deep and verified the stated dimensions were accurate. The sale person promised it did. He had tried it out himself. I told him if it didn’t I would expect them to make it right by me. He assured me they would. There was just nothing in Bellingham that compared for the price so we bought it. It arrived as promised. We had to unpack it, but it wasn’t as hard as I expected. I was happy with the rich brown color, darker than the pic but that I asked about before purchasing and was told it looked lighter in the pic. Nice durable fabric. The issue is the cushion depth. The description clearly states 40″. It is 35″ from the back of the sofa to the cushion edge. The sitting area is actually 28″ so it feels short to the knees. Although the height and general size is nice it is a disconcerting the part of the sofa guests would sit on is not the cushion depth desired. The sales person said to give it a few months for the cushions to compress down. I had already allowed for this fact as I am not inexperienced in purchasing and owing sofa’s. He did say they just go by the manufacturer dimensions, but 5″ is a big difference. I said yes it is. He said he would look into it. I told him I expected a financial compensation, for what I paid for is not the stated dimensions I believed I was purchasing. He said he would get back to me. It has been 48 hours with no call back.
