In my tract, Green Valley, there are three community pools. One all-​ages pool at the north and south end of the tract, and then an 18+ pool near the north end. They’re generally kept clean, but the all-​ages pools are usually filled with screaming, splashing kids which also means those pools are half filled with pee I imagine. The 18+ pool is much more calm and quiet, and hardly crowded. I normally only go in the summer and that’s only once in awhile. Nothing beats having a pool in your own backyard, but since I don’t I have to come to the community one.
